Advance Auto Parts

I’m so thankful for the service they provided me this morning. I came in looking for some brake pads for my vehicle. They did not have any in stock (neither did Auto Zone). But instead of turning me away, the gentlemen helped me track some down and even went out of his way to get them for me. The difference in the service between the two places is what will keep me coming back.

Update, ive been into advanced recently and was looking for a needle in a haystack of a part.. power steering line on the rack with special fittings etc. I was treated good apologized to for my previous experience with an ex employee and they went above and beyond to find the part i needed and ordered it for me! The manager was super cool along with the older gentleman that has helped me a few times since then with advice on certain products and just overall helpfulness! There prices are pretty comparable yet usually cheaper than anywhere else and theyve always got something noone else has in stock. Overall i am pleased with my new experience with advanced auto parts and will continue to shop there. Great staff,awesome prices,and have what u need when noone else does!

The store is very well organized, and the staff seems to be well trained in there feild, the sales person Jessica was very good at finding what I needed and hooking me up with the stuff, from finding it to installation she knows her trade well, definitely the right right kind of person with the right kind of attitude for her job, needless to say I will not be going back to auto zone.

The clerks were very helpful. I bought a wiper blade and they were more than willing to install it. Great service.
