The lady Sharday is very nice and has great customer service but the white chick was kind of rude. She didn’t even speak and was not the type of person I’d spend my money with. I definitely think she needs to be trained how to be more friendly to customers. Had it not been for Sharday I’d have given this store 1 star because of that lady she’s working with.

Good service, employees are always nice. But their coffee/latte machines are always broken, which is a big deal cuz that’s what I go to 7/11 in the first place. also, last week the gas hose nozzle fell on my head, idk how that can even happens

Business listing states rhar the store is 24 hours. And every 711 I've heard of does 24 hr business. Yet, very early this morning (late last night) I visited and the store was closed. This place gets only 3 stars because i had to go find an exon, as it was absolutely imperative that i get a swisher sweet. . I will change it to 5 if they offer me a cigarillo to reconcile. And I will gladly dump the blunt guts in their parking lot and crack my windows, turn up the creedence, abd go door doo doo looking out my back door.

Store sold me a bad muffin. It's none of my business if you want to sell bad muffins, but don't sell them to me. The cashier was nice and professional.

They say it’s 24hr but it’s never open after 12am worker insists they are closed

I would give zero stars if I could. The man working there at 3am (overnight shift), did not help me at all as I was having an emergency. I needed his help but he just kept saying “I don’t know”. I even tried to be reasonable and asked him if he knew any place nearby that I could use the restroom, and he just kept repeating “I don’t know” in a way that he didn’t care about me. I was in pain, and was hurt that he didn’t even try to help me in some way.
I rushed to a different 7-11 nearby, and the other employee was an absolute angel who helped me.
There is nothing wrong with the company…only the worker here.

Women bathroom full with pissed everywhere not even flushed on the floor on the sit ... I don't understand how can ppl pee and just leave it like that ...disgusting 😤 don't let ur children use that restroom

Awful location. As soon as you walk in there's bags of trash on the floor. Men's restroom has no toilet paper or soap. There's no hand sanitizer at their dispenser. Instead of cleaning up the bags of trash on the floor the employee couldn't be bothered and just stayed on his phone. I really enjoy 7 eleven locations but I highly recommend you NOT give this location your business.

This store is so ghetto, I literally get off the beltway so I could buy beer for a party, and they had locks on beer, guy working didn’t want to help me get beer out . I was about to spend more than $200 on beer.
Bad service . Go elsewhere !

These guys need to invest in a better bathroom light

I came today 3/28/2023 at the store and was trying to buy a whole pizza…the lady told me she was not able to sell me a pizza because she couldn’t go to the storage and get one…So I can’t not understand that answer honestly..I went to the Burger King and spend my money there..People like her can not work in customer service

9/19/22 the guy on the shift that came in at 2:00pm was very rude offensive language & had a horrible bad attitude that I will never stop at this station even if I was to run out of gas and my life depended on it. One lost customer!!!!

Store Employee disrespectful Can I say much but a few months ago when I went to that store location gas station this this customer had a problem after that the employee just started shouting by saying then don't worry man everything is OK I fixed the problem but the only thing I could tell is how much are around this time but for just in case I'm just gonna erase it for a 1 star Probably the employee change or got transferred to a different area location One more thing has anybody not noticed that mostly Indian American people are working at a gas station I'm a little bit curious about that Not trying to sound racist or anything
