Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Everyone is always more than helpful at the Conway, SC location. Megan has gone over the top for us the last three times we were there.

We prefer to use SW paint. This was our first visit at the Conway store and Michael did an excellent job.

Great customer service! The staff always ask questions to really understand my needs. Instantly greeted once I come in, unlike other paint stores where I feel avoided. The manager is so friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

I always try to use Sherwin Williams paint, I went to the Conway store to pick up what I needed. While there I asked Megan about a metal door I was painting and told her about the trouble I was having with the paint running and even though I was putting on light coats. After a lot of questions and thought she came up with using a 4 inch roller and real light coats. It worked! Sherwin Williams, Great Paint and Great Advice!

Excellent service and product. The sales rep took the time to explain how to apply the stain. He matched our sample floor with the exact color. This is my go to place for paint and stain.

I am just a home owner and not a contractor spending 1000’s of dollars at the Conway, SC store but EVERY time I go in there I am treated with great respect. I have painted my pool deck area a few times over the years (as well as painting rooms inside the house) and both Tony and Steve have always helped with products, tips and answering any of my silly questions. The knowledge they share and offer to us “regular” customers is great. I have watched them help mothers with kids pick out colors, professionals figure out what they need for projects....and just answer random questions from people. All the associates make you feel welcome while in their store. You can tell that this staff takes pride in their location. It is always clean, organized and professional. For those worried about COVID, the staff is always wearing masks.

I will never buy paint any where else again. I love that they stand behind what they sell and help us amateurs get it right.
