Visited the store and found a beautiful and comfortable outlaw leather boots ,classic Stetson hat and beautiful longsleeves. Didi and Bob are both very helpful and friendly. Definitely i love to recomend this place. Outside the store looks simple but the inside has so much cool stuffs to buy. Price is very reasonable. Just be patience to look around for sure you will find the right one for you to add on your collections. Definitely will come back here. Thank you again for both for helping me find my correct sizes. I went to this store twice and it was closed. I drove by and saw a car there today and was very skeptical about going in due to the reviews. The door was locked and my friend said "He's probably in the bathroom lets wait 5 minutes so we did. About 2 minutes later JR opened the door and I still was kind of scared to go in because the reviews said he was rude. Upon entering I explained that I was looking for a women's wide calf boot and he told me to try a men's boot and those might fit better. He explained the materials of the boots, which ones where made in the U.S. and even told me to try on as many as I wanted and that it might take him a little longer to get things from the back due to his age and moving slow. I honestly can't believe I would have missed out on my boots because of these reviews. Mr. Jr is old and maybe he does have his bad days but he was an absolute sweetheart to me and I will e go back even if it's just to say hi. He's closed on Mondays and open Tue-Sat 11-4 I think (if I remember correctly) . . . .PLEASE go see for yourself

I searched everywhere for a particular style of hat and out of all of the online stores and other local shops JR's was the only one to even have and in my size as well. Used to live out near Tombstone for year and when the family and I walked into the store it was like being back out west again. Went back and bought another hat a few days later. I could be in there for hours and get lost in the amount of options available. I'll be going back again soon and probably more thereafter!

The greatest quality leather anything you could ever need. I got a beautiful set of leather chaps that look awesome on me. The lady was so sweet and helpful. You can tell she cares about what she does and made sure I got the right size. Thank you for you time.

The staff are friendly and assisted with any questions I had. Yes, the product is around 15% higher than online, but when you are purchasing high quality hats and boots you want to ensure proper fit, feel and look the first time. It costs more to operate a retail store than online...

He's got a lot of everything. If it's not on the sales floor, just ask, he may have it in back. I've bought boots and hats here and will be a repeat customer.

I have never seen a country place like this in my life. You can find everything there. If you don't walk out of there with three or four pairs of boots and a pair of chaps to go along with it there's something wrong with you.
