This is the first time in the store but after meeting Mike I will be a lifetime customer. Mike is a phenomenal guy with an eye for detail. He helped customize a color on our front door to match our walnut garage door and it turned out amazing. I was really impressed by him. He always had a smile on his face, offered to take paint out to a customers car. Sherwin Williams is lucky to have an employee like him. The level of service he and his coworkers provide is rare these days. Please acknowledge Mike for being a phenomenal employee and genuinely nice person who loves his job. He is the reason most customers return.

I had a great experience at Sherwin-Williams. The sales clerk was super friendly and helped me with which finish I should get for my bathroom paint. I was also able to get the extras I needed to finish up another project. It was so nice to stop into a friendly store that had all of the painting supplies I needed.

Sherwin-Williams is hands down the best place to buy paint. The quality of paint is exceptional and the knowledge of the staff takes the experience to the next level. They help think of things that a novice wouldn't necessarily consider. My favorite home improvement place to shop, never buying paint anywhere else again.

Mike Davis at the location in Portage Michigan provided the best customer service I've experienced to this date. I walked in 10 minutes before close with a request for 12 samples. He was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, we will definitely purchase our paint from Mike!
