I rated the service of the staff at ATT&T a five because they were great and did their best to help
However I rate ATT&T over all a 1
Pretty sure when I pay off the phones I will be moving to a different provider
Don’t realize until it popped up that I was raring the Rockford store. Still give the staff a 5, very helpful as much as they are able. In fact Rockford store is great.

I have spent hours on the phone, web chat and now the store and still the problem remains
I have 5 lines under my account. ATT&T just makes it to difficult to solve problems
Also please note Not all ATT&T stores are corporate stores, 99% are authorized retail stores and can’t do anything unless you purchase it there then they are limited on that
Willing to pay more for better customer support. Again it’s not so much the service members is the red tape/structure of how ATT@T conducts business

We went in today to switch providers! And they were so great! It's a very long process but that is to be expected! They were so friendly and so patient!! I truly recommend this branch! They are fantastic!!

If i could rate a higher star i would! I was beyond satisfied with the service at this particular at&t. The customer service rep. Mat was extremely friendly and kind. Really paid attention to our wants and needs with our service and our new phones!! I highly recommend going here, its truly a great experience along with really great deals for either new customers or customers who are looking to switch over!

Brendon saved the day by providing prompt, excellent, in-person service after an online debacle that made me question my loyalty to AT&T... I will continue to visit this store (close to home to boot!) and address service issues here any day rather than the “convenience” of automated, online services. I spent 3 hrs doing that and Brendon was able to get me the phone I wanted and add a new line to my existing plan in less than 15 min, all while providing service with a smile and a sense of humor. Great experience!

Stopped in for help and Brendon was awesome. Long story short, I switched over from Verizon to AT&T with a Sam's Club offer. I was lied to, the lines were set up wrong, I was sent phones I didn't need nor want, it was a mess. Brendon was able to help me with the plans and gave me direction on who to talk to in order to get the other problems fixed. Highly recommend this store.

Debbie was amazing! She helped through the process of returning our phones (service in our house wasn't good and we had gotten our phone through a third party which made the return process very complicated) . Debbie went above and beyond to help us!

The first AT&T store that I visited and started my account with you was not very helpful and did not lead me to the best experience. I was ready to walk away and go to Sprint. Meghan was incredibly helpful and patient. She helped us get set up with making a claim for our daughters phone, and then helped us trade-in and purchase new phones while getting us a better payment!

I had the best experience purchasing a phone that I have ever had. Will was very knowledgeable about the
iPhone 13 Promax. He answered all of my questions ( sometime twice!) regarding my trade-in, the difference between the IPhone 11 promax and the IPhone 13 promax. He also answered questions regarding the additional accessories I would be buying. Will worked very hard to get the best payment options as well. His manager was also very helpful! She helped me program my phone with my car! As you can tell I have a very limited working knowledge of modern technology. BOTH were very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. Also this was the “quickest” iPhone purchase I have ever had. I would recommend AT&T Rockford, Michigan to anyone1

My Husband and I went to Greenville ATT first and they had minimal selections with very new employees that didn’t seem to know what they were doing and there system was down so they couldn’t even sell us an upgrade. With my husband being really bummed he didn’t walk out with a new phone I looked up the next location! (It’s been years since my husband has gotten a new phone he still had the J7) Rockford! Called ahead to make sure they had what my husband wanted and that their system was working! My husband got the phone he wanted plus more thanks to Brendon the manager that day! The store seemed much cleaner than Greenville and a lot more in store selections plus very professional help! I will be coming to this store for now on even tho I live in Greenville! Thanks Brendon for all the cool phone accessories! I love my AirPods and my husband is in love with his new S21+ 5G and his buds!!! That otter box case is amazing too! Thanks for applying his liquid shield screen protector too! We really appreciate you after the nightmare in Greenville!
