The customer service at this store is 10/10! That’s mainly because of a specific person who works there (I think her name is Bri). My wife and I know nothing about paint so to have someone as knowledgeable and helpful as her is great to have.

I really appreciated being able to order online and pick up in store! The employee that helped me was super nice. I wish I could remember his name. When the time comes to paint our house, I know where I'll come for help!

These people understand paint and how to help you with any questions you may have. They are excellent at matching colors if you bring in a quarter size sample of the paint on your wall. I highly recommend them!

Super helpful with thinking through paint options and how different shades impact the overall look. Helpful and quick service. Easy in and out parking. Nice options for pay ahead and pick up as well.

I went in to buy 5 or 6 items including some paint that needed to be mixed. When John brought them out one of the colors was wrong. I told him it was wrong and he became very rude. He asked why I didn’t stop him when he was mixing the wrong color. Not sure how I could possibly know what color it was while he mixed it. He told me I was stuck with it since he already mixed it and I would have to pay for it. I told him I would still buy my other items but he said we had a problem. I just turned and walked out. Very unusual
