I didn’t have an appointment but I was scheduled for today 10/06/22. There are six parking spots for staging. THERE IS NO SIDE STREET SEMI PARKING. I took the 31st St. bridge exit and made a left on Penner. Then a left on 33rd St. I drove under the elevated railroad tracts and then another left into the staging area. Take your turns wide and take your time. Just take it slow and sit up and pay attention.

Took me in at 0300, very quick. It took them an hour and a half to unload me. Six available parking spots. Very quiet area. Coming into this town can feel very tight.

Love this location! They have the best drinks around!! And the best atmosphere.

Appt at 0500, arrived at 0130 and parked in spot off to the side of the dock doors. Sign on receiving doors says DO NOT PARK IN A DOOR. Receiver arrived at 0400 but they walk out and check on drivers to get them checked in. Only 2 out of 5 trucks were awake- so we got a door first. In door at 0500; out with bills at 0645. Lumper fee $87- they use Relay to pay lumper through your phone. Just as others have said there are very tight streets for tractor trailers. Take it slow and easy.

Plenty of room to swing in. 6 parking spots. You can sleep here overnight. Not hard to get to this place. A little patience and you'll do fine. Best directions for big trucks. PA-28N TO 31ST BRIDGE. TURN LEFT ONTO LIBERTY AVE,TAKE LEFT ON 32ND ST. GO THRU LIGHT TO SMALLMAN ST TURN RIGHT NEXT ROAD IS 33RD TURN LEFT YOU MADE IT GOOD JOB. SEE EASY. NO NEED TO AVOID THIS PLACE. NOW TO LEAVE GO 33RD ST TO INTERSECTION PENN AVE TURN RIGHT ON PENN AVE WILL TAKE YOU TO 31 ST. BRIDGE TURN RIGHT YOU WILL BE HEADING BACK TO PA 28 NORTH OR SOUTH TO YOUR NEXT LOCATION. HAVE A GREAT DAY

Very clean location everything is easy to find and organized . Wide open parking

Great place if you own a restaurant or food truck. They have everything and free parking!

Now open to public. You have to go to front desk.
Inflation has hit here too but cheaper n better than grocery

Very clean, very respectful and helpful crew, prices were reasonable but the produce is worth the prices. I will return and advise anyone who asks of this facility. Thank you for your positivity and help, this was my first visit, but definitely not my last.

Truckers delivering here DO NOT follow GPS. Honestly best to come in late at night or VERY early morning time. Narrow streets with cars parked on both sides (Penn Avenue) SWING WIDE ON all turns.
From 279 south go to Ohio street exit, to Washington Crossing Bridge (right) to Butler (right) turns into Penn Avenue.
Go to 33rd Street turn right under elevated train tracks, through 2 stop signs and they will be on the right. Overnight parking, Fast unload , very friendly receiving staff.

It was a quick in and out with a preplaced order. A couple of items have been missing on occasion, as well as there was an extra item once. It's hit or miss if they have exactly what you are looking for unless you know the delivery rotation unfortunately.

Always found this location in particular great! Staff is always very professional for any store similar to it, the focus really seems a productive and pleasant shopping experience. Been here for years and never had a bad word to say.

Employees are always helpful, ask them for a location of item, they ask if your looking and offer to get it for you ,they give you a smile when your kind enough to respect their workspace and move out of their way. Sorry to say but the some customers are so oblivious to who is working and shopping around them. The customers are rude, , if they claim about rude employees , I'm sure its because its 10x worse for them. Basic courtesy goes along way..

This place is very overwhelming but the staff and workers make it great. They are always willing to help and super friendly! Thank you!

Great prices if you can been, borrow, or steal a card (I do not condone stealing!)! For the boneless skinless chicken breast price alone, it is worth it! Better than Costco or Aldi prices on many items (but the other stores may have them beat for certain items).

I’m very old customer for this location usually I don’t like to leave reviews but I was checking if they’re open today on Labor Day put my attention reviews somebody left one star and was saying the manager for this location her name is Stacey is rude I had to say my experience for long time especially with the manager Stacey she’s always very helpful respect and trying to help everybody I give her 5 star for her patience and personality I just had to say something because it’s not fair she’s always good with the workers and the customers. I

Great place to buy all the things you like from your favorite places to eat. Admittedly, some things are priced a little higher than other bulk buying stores, but others are cheaper. Really like the prices on 15doz egg boxes and pre cooked bacon strips. Generally a box of 300 bacon strips is under $30. Great place for ppl who cook for functions and food industry for sure as the name would imply. We got our membership under our business (which is generally required) years ago. We also have a family of 8 and this shopping option comes in handy.
Do not forget to wear something warm as almost half of the store is a walk in freezer. Not great for arthritis, but welcome on a hot summer day for sure.

My friend really enjoyed shopping here today since Restaurant Depot is now open to the public. We bought about $60 of specialty items here we can't find so easily in regular grocery stores. I highly recommend you keep this store open to the public permanently. You will turn a higher profit when you add individual shoppers to your pool of customer base given the location this store is in. This location is in a food desert in terms of nearby grocers within walking distance that offer the level of items that you do. These are quality items that are hard to find that people who enjoy cooking at home would buy in bulk. Hypothetically, if you attract on a given day 50 individual shoppers who spend approximately $100 on their visit, that's $5,000 in additional revenue/day, $35,000 additional revenue a week, and nearly $2M in additional profits/year - just a very rough rough estimate. I am not a retail expert but just my take on the additional potential revenue you might be missing out on.
