Staff is INCREDIBLY competent. They are there to help while you're navigating all the latest trends in colors for painting and stains. We did our house. The colors worked very well.

Excellent friendly and efficient service! A man named James helped me and he was fantastic. Answered all of my questions and helped me carry my purchase to my car. He was the only one working yet managed to efficiently take care of multiple customers with ease. They even matched my paint from 2012! Will definitely return to this store in the future!

My husband and I went into the store after work to grab ceiling paint. Mark was there and was very helpful and polite.
We went back the next day for more paint, obviously, and unfortunately it was right before closing. Although there were other people waiting, he was still calm and handled everyone with a smile.
We will mos def be back. Mark just puts the icing on the cake with his great customer service!

Sherwin Williams spent extra time with me on the phone so I wouldn't have to go in the store during Covid. They even packed up some swatches with my curbside order and gave advice on color selection. Wonderful customer service!

Ted was extremely helpful in getting us the best paints for our needs. Would highly recommend a visit next time you need to paint. You get way better service, you're working with genuine experts, you get better quality paint, and all at a price that surpringly matches or beats what you would have paid for less at a big box store (and even if it didn't, it's still overall a better value).

We are having some remolding in the bath room and needed a little touch up paint. I didn't think I had anything to bring in to match the paint.until I noticed our heat register. I brought the register into Sherwin-Williams and the match was perfect.

Excellent Paint I have used all the paint out there and they by far are the best with house paint inside and out, and no This is not because I have an account there, I have accounts everywhere I simply tell it like it is they have been around almost as long as the original first paint company in fact they came out 3rd after Mecury then bought Mecury out but kept the formulas so go ahead buy your big store paint they own most of them as well lol either way my 30 years of using Various Products Trump's other folks thinking they know what is best.😉

The staff at the Sherwin WIlliams store near my home was very helpful in providing me a colored matched pain for my project. Plus they informed me about an upcoming sale that saved me money as well.

Online ordering was easy. I received an email that my order was ready for pickup shortly after. I called when I arrived and the sales associate dropped my order outside the door.

Forgot how much I like this place. Got some paint from a hardware store several months ago. I would have saved about $60 and I like SW paint better than what I used.

Pricy but worth the couple extra bucks over the "other" guys paint. I'd rather get quality products that last. Sometimes you pay a little extra for quality.
