Kroger

It's a clean store with decent help. It has always met my needs, I like buying meat here, they always have a good selection. They always have meat on sale for every holiday cookout.

Good store to do couponing and save big time! Get the app and let the digital coupons fly. To me that's the only way to shop at Kroger's, just using the plus card only gets you some deals or normal prices and fuel points. If you're not using the digital coupons, you're missing out big time!

Absolutely incredible experience here. Hate that I didn't think to get her name but the woman that assisted me with my purchase was astounding! Thank you very much and be blessed.

Quick service at the pharmacy and very nice Pharmacist and pharmacy techs to assist you.

stopped by on 06/30 @7pm and had the pleasure of being helped by Michael & another gentleman who I believe is the assistant manager. they were both wonderful, very friendly and made our night so much better. it’s rare to come across such lovely people, i hope management reads this and let’s them both know how appreciated they are.

Pretty much the same reliable shopping experience, that is why I go there. Grocery stores should strive for a pleasant experience.

This is one of my favorite stores nearby. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They've done a lot of remodeling that makes the store look really nice. They have added more self checkout lanes if you're needing a quick in and out trip. The staff does an excellent job with their Click list orders. And of course who doesn't enjoy the Kroger fuel points!

I love this store! I love the people, the customer service, the sales, and the Kroger brand selections and cost.

Krogers has always been a great place to shop. Ive had good experiences with the Bakery ladies, deli counter, flowers balloon s and courtesy booth. However a few months back I transferred all my prescription s to Kroger for the convenience of one stop shopping. Today I did an online grocery pickup. I had just got off work and got a call my order was ready. I had planned to get off at 5 pm , pick up my prescription then have the curbside service to bring out groceries. Unfortunately,I had a customer of my own I had to take care of because it was the right thing to do,I left work at 5:40 . I went in to the Pharmacy and noticed it still was open and only 1 customer ahead of me. I stood there for about 45 seconds to be told. We're closed. It was 6:04 pm. I asked to please just let me pick up while the register was obviously still open. She had a lady that was being checked out. No I'm sorry, we're closed. We're already behind. I stayed at my job to help a customer 40 mins. If your so worried to work a couple minutes over, close you door at least partially at 5:50 pm.

Love this location! Ms. Amy is one of the stores managers and I always see her hard at work in every department. I can hear her motivating her team on aisle over always in the most positive ways! The cashiers always greet us with a smiling face and the bagging clerks are always willing to help you to your car no matter how hot it is. I've always found the store to be clean and well stocked! Great customer service especially from the deli department and the bakery!

My favorite Kroger in town. I place my grocery order online with Clicklist and ask for delivery. They are now affiliated with Instacart and they fulfill my order in 2 hours. I have to homeschool now and it’s perfect for me. I teach school while someone else does my grocery shopping and delivers it. If I shop in person I love browsing through the aisles because they have great products. They also have a section just for babies.

This is my 'go to' store for everyday needs. It is clean and generally well stocked. The employees are courteous and have always been quick to help. Shopping here is usually a breeze and checkout is as painless as possible. There are 6 self checkouts which makes my quick runs to the store very easy.

Considering I use to serve this store on my route before they changed everyone's routes at the company I use to work for. But, they brought in a new manager and even though the previous manager took care of business and kept the store in line the new manager kicked it up a bit more. So this store is one of my favorites to go to. Even though Walmart (which I hate going to)is cheaper (on some items). I'll spend the extra money for the excellent service here. And also the general (do everything) employee, named "Mark", super friendly and always smiling and polite and will help me out if you need anything. Huge fan of pro wrestling (WWE, WWC) are what ever they call it now.

I love this grocery store! I shop there many times a week! It is always clean! They always have what I am looking for!!! Sales are amazing! Cashiers are smiling and making conversation as you check out! Baggers too! Self check out cashiers are great and helpful even at late night! I am a regular shopper day or night! Thank you for your services!!!

The bakery ladies took care of my birthday cake needs at the last minute. They really didn't have too accommodate me because it was late notice but they did. Made my grandson 2nd birthday fun.

No longer open 24 hours, they now close at 1 AM. (That was 2 years ago)

Update:
They have been closing at midnight for a long time now. They have also permanently closed the East side entrance, which mirrored the West side entrance which is now the main entrance to the store.

It would be so nice to see things improve so that the East side entrance reopened in the future along with a return to being open 24 hours. Maybe even enlarge the store. Best wishes for Kroger and for the community.

My salad was bad when I unpacked my pick up. Just moved to Pasadena. I am a Kroger shopper for 26 years no matter where I lived. Called for manager and got TIM. He made it right. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
