CVS

Fine. The store employees are cordial and assist you upon request. However the people in the Pharmacy act like they don’t work at the CVS unless you have a prescription otherwise they quickly refer you to the CVS cashier at the front of the store. The Pharmacy staff treat you like they don’t have time for you. They are so quick to tell you they don’t know any answers to any questions that aren’t related to a prescription; not even about products located in the pharmacy shelves. They are too quick to say you need to ask someone on the floor. They are no help at all!!!!

This CVS is the best store in my area, it’s always nice and clean and very organized, yellow tags are always on time. Every employee is very professional and polite starting with the Manager Cody, she is a great leader always working hard and of course her employees follow her.
Today I was having trouble with my transaction and Kasey was very kind and patient, she remained calmed and didn’t give up until she resolved the issue. I could stay here talking about this store and it’s employees Robert us also an excellent employee, Kim is as well.

Fast and quick COVID test here! Good instruction. Love it.

Everytime I come here I need something different; and everytime Kasey is there she is so helpful and so patient! She’s so knowledgeable of items in the store it makes my in and out time Dash fast! I’m grateful everytime Kasey is there! Amazing customer service, quick, efficient, working multiple check out lanes! Great work ethic! Thank you Kasey!

04/07/2023 I've never been here where it was busy or messy. Still count on it for late hour or quick last-minute items.

Young man named Ike helped me on tonite. Very friendly, patient, and funny. He made my visit worthwhile. You need to have more employees like him. Pharmacy personnel not friendly at all. Barely looked at me and rather short with answers. Ike could train them on customer service!!

As we all know, spending our hard earned money that we can spare during this time needs to be well thought and valuable. The customer service at this location made me feel like it was money well spent!

Korey is an excellent manager at this location!!! She assisted me via phone, and when I showed up to make my purchase she was so pleasant and efficient!!! I will be shopping at this location more often!
