AT&T Store

Jesse was fantastic. He took the time to explain how I could save money even with upgrading. He walked me through the process, gave me time to make a decision, and it resulted in such a positive experience for me that I will return to this AT&T servicer. This was all done at the Waterworks location.

Aidan was super helpful to our big group that needed upgrades done. He was the only one there and was very patient and friendly with us. Thanks for the great customer service, Aidan!

Since I couldn’t leave a 2nd review I’m adding to my first one. Went in today to get a popsocket and once again Jesse was amazing to deal with! Always super friendly and very knowledgeable, always a great experience at this store! One of the best AT&T stores I have went to. Andrew was amazing and helped me out so much with my new IPhone. He was able to switch everything from my old phone to my new one without any problems and was able to find me a great deal and also answered any questions I had. He did not rush through anything, he made sure everything was working good before I left. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Jesse (the manager of this store and I hope I got his name right) was also amazing when helping me buy a new charging cord. I suggest going to this store and the one in Irwin for anything you need for your devices!

After stopping at the Pittsburgh Mills store to upgrade my phone and dealing with one of the least helpful people I have ever dealt with, (Travis I believe) had made it clear that he was not going to put any amount of effort into simply doing his job.
I decided to take the ride to the Fox Chapel store in the Waterworks Plaza where I was greeted by Aiden who listened to what I wanted to do, looked into my account and explained what my options were. Even though it was time for Aiden to be done for the day he stayed and started the process of my upgrade. His coworker Will agreed that he would finish the upgrade so that Aiden wouldn’t have to stay. Kudos for the teamwork guys! Done, no issues, happy!
It’s most often not the business as a whole that sucks, it’s the people working!

Will was amazing to work with. I went in to get an iPad and I was in and out. He got everything set up for me. I spent less than 20 mins in there.

I love the AT&T store at the waterworks on Freeport road. I really never have a problem at this location. They seem to always have great people there with great customer service. I went there before smart phones they had flip phones lol and now I go there for all my phones and any accessories too. They are super helpful. Great AT&T store.

Lexi was dealing with in store technical issues, a line of customers before even opening, and juggling one working computer, 4 customers, and only one other colleague. Even so, she looked up info for me, got a great upgrade on my phone, processed my trade-in phone, set up my new phone, and even installed the screen protector, all without losing her cool. Great overall experience.

Nick, the Assistant Manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me choose the best plan and phone to fit my needs. He offered ways to port my number from an another carrier. Also, was very helpful in explaining the Direct TV offers. Highly recommend this location because of my experience with Nick.

Nick made the process of selecting and setting up a new iPhone painless and pretty speedy. He gave us all the price/ model options and made great suggestions which models best suited my husband’s iPhone use. And he even found a couple of discounts. Thanks for the great service, Nick!

I walked into the At&T store, and I was greeted by David. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find phone accessories. He also informed me of a sale that helped me save money. I appreciate David's above and beyond customer service.

I rarely if ever share a retail experience, but taking the time to do this one bcs of the service & the product, the International Day Pass. The customer service was very good, knowledgeable & patient. And I think this product is priced really well, for a 1 or 2 day user or a 2 or 3 week tourist user. A nice resource.

Matt is very knowledgeable and quick to activate my new phone. He is very thorough and patient with all of our questions. Highly recommend him for all your at&t needs. Steve is also great who waited 30 minutes after the store closed until everything was set up!

After a terrible experience last weekend at the Ross park mall store, I decided to try my luck here, as this is where I switched to att 2 years ago. Sam was fantastic from start to finish, she found me a better more cost effective plan, and I got the phone I wanted. She got the new phone set up, and helped me find all the accessories I needed. She was an absolute joy to work with, and I felt valued as a customer. From now on I won’t even try a different location.

Matt was extremely helpful from talking me through how the new phone plan would help to save our family money. He also spent time explaining in depth the new perks we would receive and how to save money while at the same time getting a brand new iPhone. Matt waited until the entire transaction was completed, and then when he was on his lunch break his associates in the store helped make sure the restoration of my old phone to new was completed to my satisfaction.

I stopped at Waterworks AT&T store and Matt greeted me. I was on the fence about buying a new phone. But with Matt’s knowledge and patience and the ability to make me feel at ease with my new purchase I made a great choice. He gave me options and deals available for me and my purchase was made with confidence thanks to Matt. I will tell my friends and family to come and see him regarding their next purchase.

I went to the Waterworks Aspinwall PA store to purchase a new phone. Nick waited on me, he was absolutely wonderful! He answered all my questions, transferred all my data and all with a smile. What a great experience I had at this store, all thanks to Nick !! He is the BEST !!!!
