CVS

This review is based on shopping experience and NOT pharmacy. I have not had a problem with shopping for cosmetic products or cards here. My printed pictures turned out great for a cheap price, only complaint is that one picture turned out over-saturated. Not bad though!

When I first started coming here, there were long lines all the time. In the last 2 years, the wait time decreased. You still have the occasional miscommunications between doctors requesting and pharmacy, but that is everywhere. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly even when they are at their busiest. When the line starts to build, an additional person steps in to assist. On a more personal note, I specifically like the fact that the same employees have been there for several years. As often as I visit to fill my prescriptions, I should know everyone by now. :)

The most helpful and knowledgeable pharmacy staff. I had a question about allergy medication, the pharmacist took time to answer all my questions. The entire pharmacy staff is equally wonderful. I recommend the Oyster Creek CVS for all pharmaceutical needs.

Ive lived in Lake Jackson 15 years & have never had a problem with any staff on the store side nor on the pharmacy side. Always recieved a smile & helpful attitude. The lines can be slow but not too much. Its faster to go inside if there are more than 2 cars in the pull up but I just take the time to check email etc. I've tried doing the coupon things but it's a bit confusing.

AMAZING night Pharmacist ... CVS has found a diamond and they probably don't even know it. His name is Mthethuvumile Mpofu, RPh. The simple calming and respectful toe of his voice over the phone relaxed our situation at home. Once I arrived to pick up my wife's medication to ease her pain, he was even more pleasant to speak with. This particular time in our country (2020) I found this to be simply amazing. Even the last few years if grinding on with work and everyday life, it is hard to find someone (a stranger) who is unselfish. As soon as my wife had her med in her hand I sat down to write this review. THIS is how much of an impact this had on our evening!! THANK YOU, SIR!! and Thank you CVS for having this man on your team. You should reward him for making us and our community feel cared for and welcomed.

They're always very, very busy, but they're thorough, friendly and helpful when it's your turn. We've been using this pharmacy for probably 10+ years.

had 3 prescriptions to be filled left the doctors 10 minutes later they called and said they were ready fast service nice people 10 times better then walmart lol

Forgot to refill a prescription before driving through, but the pharmacist was able to fill it quickly while I waited in the drive through.

CVS Lake Jackson has great service. Front end cashier, Jasmine, was super helpful and kind!

The pharmacy staff was incredibly helpfull and even stayed late and waited for our teledoc prescription.

Busy place but open on Sundays and been going there for 2 years now.
