We’ve had our Cordbuddy for a while. One of the strings broke, they replaced it for me, gave me an updated book, and new cordbuddy. My son is going to be thrilled! These are great people, who really care about their customers!

The customer service here is exceptional! The people here are soooo helpful and friendly! I cannot express how much I appreciate the genuine kindness I was shown when I went to this business. They produce a product at this location that helps learn to play the guitar.

Have been trying to get hold of Travis since last week but to no avail. My son is Down's Syndrome and crazy about making music however playing chords on a guitar is just way above his punching weight. I am trying to buy a Chord Buddy but the biggest problem is to get it to Johannesburg, South Africa or looking for a name of a local distributor? Can anybody perhaps pass this message on to Travis?
