Delivered couple of times here. Everytime it took 2 to 3 hours to unload.
Once my driver was late because of the shipper and they unloaded him in less than 2 hours.

Parking north of the facility less than 1/4 a mile. Prime delivery turned into a drop/hook, there's a drop yard another 1/4 a mile away with empties.
