Since a family member works there, I'll say this. If you order something, it is contracted out to another company.
No control of deliveries.
Other then that I like them.

I went to look at flooring. We worked with Sally who was so friendly and helpful. She helped us with getting what we needed. You could tell she loves what she does. We had other questions of which she introduced us to her manager who was just as friendly and helpful! This store stands high above its competitors!!!

Typical "big box" hardware store. Staff is friendly & helpful IF you can find one of them loose out on the floor. Easy in & out, plenty of parking, & a great selection of seasonal items for the house & yard.

My biggest complaint is how they don't take good enough care of the plants in the Garden department! It drives me nuts to go there & see all the withering & dying plants that haven't been watered sufficiently or at all!! It makes me kinda wonder...if those plants are considered so disposable then how can Lowe's charge so much for the plants when they're first delivered? (Of course, maybe that's just me.) Anyways...those wilting plants are usually heavily discounted & placed on XL rolling racks for sale. I usually look those racks over first & I've had very good success rescuing & reviving many, many victimized plants from there. The rolling racks are usually waaaay back in the garden area past the green plant area & near the fencing, gravel, & other heavy duty landscape materials. Definitely good for gardening on the cheap especially if you have a bit of a green thumb.

Friendly staff and service. Always very helpful when I go in. I never know where anything is and there’s always someone to help me get everything I need

Lowe's is a great place for all your building or remodeling needs I do get caught up looking at tools and stuff my son usually tells me dad it's time to go.

Always helpful in store. Can't always get dept to answer the phone when I call to get answers or to get a quote on installation.

Great place to find everything you need while building, remodeling, or updating your home!! They carry every thing from top to bottom, as well as, indoor and outdoor!! I'm confident you'll find everything you need, but if you have any trouble, a worker would be delighted to give you a hand!

Great place to purchase tools and quality supplies for a range of activities or jobs.

Found a guy that was so helpful. He not only loaded my purchase but wheeled it to the register and then loaded it in my truck. I love 2 miles from the crosslanes Lowe's and will be going to the south ridge store from now on. Once again thank you for the greatly appreciated help.

Hey! I'm a tomboy! Love me some Lowes! Tools, hardware, plants, lighting followed by a nice, oily smelling service station repair garage after Mimosas and cucumber finger sandwiches for luncheon. Pinky finger extended while sipping Mimosa, of course!

Used the garden centers load area for the first time. Nice young man loaded 30 bags of topsoil. Just wish i had him at home to unload. Selection of plants better than other places in valley . They have or had plants other stores do not. Plus the plants look healthy, watered. Well cared for.

You shouldn't ever walk in a Lowe's and feel like you aren't receiving help, most hardware and home improvement places make me feel a little stuffy and I get overwhelmed but this one isn't too big and it isn't too pricey, You can get some serious clearance deals here, especially if you need fans and lighting :)
Also they always come ask if you need help which is awesome :)

Negotiated price, at my request, then went beyond by offering free delivery. The representative was respectful and patient, and answered all my questions.

Nitro Lowe's is bigger then Southridge and seems to have more items. Friendly, helpful staff , convenient parking , handicap as well. Pick up or curbside service is quick. Ill continue to go to this Lowe's

Stopped in for a part for our mower, helpful employee took me right to the part, he even checked if it would fit on my mower.

I just bought a new home and I didn't have any tools and I only had half the knowledge I needed for the necessary jobs on my house. I've been to this location multiple times for various things, and every time I've been there, at least one associate has always offered to assist me. Every time I've asked for help, the associates have always been knowledgeable and helpful. I feel very comfortable asking newbie questions & I feel confident someone will know the answer. I actually look forward to my Lowes visits. Really appreciate the staff at this convenient location.

I was able to locate my desired product based on a screen shot my wife sent me. It was a toilet and a dolly was readily available for me to use to transport it to the checkout and my vehicle. I used self checkout and my Lowe's card and was in and out of the store in about 10 minutes. I know not every trip will be quite this easy, but today's experience was excellent.

Pretty basic Lowes. Didn't interact with any employees. Went in. Got what I was after. Used the self-checkout since that was all that was open. Store was clean, at least the areas I went to.
