This stafff that works at this store are nothing but amazing. They truly go out of their way for the customers. Super friendly I prefer going to the Walgreens over any in Charleston area

The store part is overpriced, but the pharmacy staff give great customer service, even when the store is very busy. I get all of my vaccines here.

Pharmacy staff was friendly. I went to get Shingles and Covid shots.
After waiting a few moments, I heard a pharmacy worker tell a customer they have no public restroom. He directed her to other businesses near by that do have restrooms.
I had to leave without shots because I have a medical condition and MUST have access to a restroom!
Went to CVS, used their restroom and got vaccines. EASY!
CVS has my business unless they lock up their restrooms.

This pharmacy has went way down hill since they let all the good workers go! I was there today and 3 of them behind the counter and not one of them knew what They was doing.

South Charleston is a city in Kanawha County, West Virginia, United States. It is located to the west of the state capital of Charleston. The population was 13,639 at the 2020 census. It was established in 1906, but not incorporated until 1917. The Criel Mound built circa 0 BCE by the Adena culture is adjacent to the city's downtown business district. It is home to the Charleston Ordnance Center, a former naval munitions factory established for use in World War I. The city is serviced by Interstate 64, U.S. Route 60, U.S. Route 119, West Virginia Route 601 and West Virginia Route 214, and is adjacent to the Kanawha River. The city is serviced by the Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority bus system.
