We extended our existing hardwood floors and so glad we used Oakline. The transition from the old (which they refinished) to the new is flawless. We are remodeling our home and Oakline was the company we chose to do the flooring. We had the best experience. Yoshio helped to walk us through the process by first helping us choose the right products to fit our taste and budget, explaining the demo/install process and communicating with us the entire time. The scheduling and communication were great. They showed up on time and the crew was extremely professional. They took great care to tape off and protect our home. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up before they left. Everyone at this company provides excellent customer service. I love my new floors and highly recommend Oakline Floors!

We had 5 tiles in our bathrooms which had cracked and needed to be replaced. The first tiles they ordered were too long. So instead of trying to make them fit they did the right thing and placed a reorder for the correct size.
As soon as the new tiles arrived, Candelo came out and did a great job replacing the tiles. Aimee coordinated ordering the tiles and scheduling the work. Candelo was professional and friendly.
We will definitely call Oakline again should we have any flooring issues.

Our home builder (Texas Heritage Custom Homes) referred us to Mike and Oakline floors to make selections for our new home. When we went to the showroom everyone was super friendly, and helpful. They never tried to persuade us to upgrade or spend more than we had budgeted, and even made a couple of great suggestions that look incredible! Another nice detail was that they had plenty to choose from at our “standard” budget level, unlike a previous new home experience where just about everything was an upgrade! The installers were even very courteous at our job site. There were guys working with a radio on (and it really wasn’t even very loud)- when we walked in to look aroun they very quickly turned it down so we could talk with the builder. Recently when a family member needed some new flooring done we took them to see Mike again! Same great service and same great value! Oakline seems like a really awesome company, they were sure awesome for us!

Oakline just completed new wood flooring in my home. They did an amazing job! My floors are beautiful! I am extremely happy with the customer service and work they provided. Brandon and Mike were very helpful and patient with my selection process and the install crew was amazing as well. I highly recommend Oakline and will definitely use them again.

I have been working with Oakline for new flooring and tile work for years now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Quality and selection are amazing. Prices are excellent. Tile, carpet, laminates, engineered wood, and especially real nail down wood floors are all wonderful. Mike is always available to answer questions and solve problems! Sammie and his team have done three houses for my family. Two for me and one for my mother. They are totally professional and prompt. If something is not right, they will fix it.....no questions asked. He wants you to be happy. They are amazing and the floors that I have are wonderful. These are not the cheaply glue down floors. These are authentic, top quality hardwood floors. He walks you through the process start to finish. Do not go anywhere else.
