Today I was in the morning to change a fragrance not working, the Door was opened and the lights on and the employee (Rachel) toll me the Shope is not opened you need to way outside for 20 minutes, on a rude form we go out and she (Rachel) turned off the lights in the store. she have to learn how to treat customers, at least say Good Morning.

Terrible customer service ! It was an older lady I didn’t get her name but my boyfriend and I were looking at foundation and she kept passing by us with the ugliest looks! She then came and asked if I need it anything and I asked if they had more shades and she rudely answered me that no that’s all there is then I was going to ask if she knew if it was medium coverage or light and she didn’t even let me finish when she just repeated the same thing to me that that is all that have

Love the store, but the customer service is lacking. When I ask for a price they just say the percentage of the sale, I literally have to repeat my self 3 times to have someone actually walk to the register and find the actual cost. Kinda frustrating. An older woman that works there just gives smug looks. She seems to forget she works doing customer service.

i went to this store today and this worker called Blanca was SO RUDE!!! she had an absolutely rude attitude and very disrespectful. thankfully the assistant manager was very nice and helpful!

Real bad service they don’t help you at all I was looking for a foundation I wait like ten minutes and no body came to help me to see if I need help they just told me we have different brands you can look around to see what brand do you like and that’s it.
