Kroger

I normally go through the self-checkout and see about 3 or 4 attendants there regularly who are always upbeat and friendly (unfortunately I've never paid attention to their names). I went through an actual checkout the other day though, because I had a full cart, Tammy checked me out and Faith bagged my items. They were amazing, with contagious kindness and positivity. Love this Kroger.

Me and my wife stumbled across a good thing at this Kroger, the salmon and its the whole one, we have bought 6 of tem the last 2 weeks alone and 5 of them were deskined by wendy who is very good at it, I would like management know how good she is at her job because another person in that department straight butchered that fish to bits and my wife was pissed so was I , but wendy she on point 5 thumbs up wendy and thanks for the great service and wonderful attitude

I always shop at the Kroger here. My experience here is always excellent with the self checkout cashier Lexi. Her customer service and friendliness is always superb! She always has a smile , and she is always eager to help. Her customer service exceeds way more than I can say. Thank you!

I just love shopping at Kroger I even worked in the pharmacy from 2005-2020 not at this Kroger another one. The only thing that’s missing is gas station. Because every time you make a purchase you get a survey and it’s no use doing the survey because it gives you points for when you put gas but there’s no place to use the points. There’s a shell on the corner next to McDonald’s where Kroger is in back it was recently closed and they’re tearing it down I keep hoping that they put Kroger gas station there it would be a good place and the customers would Love it.

I did my grocery shopping tonight all of the lanes were closed however one fine man named Leo helped me do the whole process through the self checkout lane because the cashiers still here were , and who shouldn’t be , would not open a lane to take care of my groceries
TO THE MANAGER at Kroger‘s TEXAS CITY you should definitely look into your cashier staff and do some rethinking because Leo did everything above and beyond especially given how little I saw the rest of the front workers doing I sincerely appreciate it LEO!👏👏👏

All of the employees are so nice every time I go here but what happened today was above and beyond good customer service!! I used the self check out to purchase my items and almost an hour and a 1/2 later realised that I had left bags at the store . I called them and told them what happened they said to bring my receipt in and they would take care of me. I went in they told me to gather the items that I had left. I went back to pay for them and they said I was good to go!! They gave me the benefit of the doubt and really helped out! I was panicking because those items were some of what I needed to cook dinner for my Bible study group tonight. They really saved the day for me!

We just love H-E-B. It is a fabulous grocery store. You will love yourself when you get there.

I used the Kroger Clicklist and it was worth every penny. I was able to get everything that I needed without even leaving my car. The Associate that loaded my items was AWESOME and very personable. I appreciate this service Kroger offers.

Kroger's is a great grocery store . I have shopping there for many years. They have great prices, good section of food ranging from organic to ethnic food . They also sell household items like soap to chemical free cleaning products . They have a great meat and deli section . If you are the market for flowers they also those too with very affordable prices . The bakery is top notch with a wide variety of awesome baked goods. Last but least the everyone who is works there is very nice and knowable.

I love their sales big bargain and save money. They're very nice and helpful. If you have Kroger card you can save big time. Get a Krogers card at help desk. You can smell their fried chicken by the bathrooms and it can make you hungry. Service with smiles. Some employees been there many years and know where you can find what you're looking for. I love the service here at Krogers. Excellent to find everything you need. Vitamins, meats, vegetables, toys, dog and cat vitamins and supplies

Normally don’t shop here but the times that I have been here I have had no problems. Store clean, employees nice, more than one cashier working. No problems.

Store layout makes sense, no searching aisle to aisle for what you need. Decent sized lot, so there's somewhere to park whatever time you go. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The manager Amanda was so helpful and nice. I had a special request for a young family that still didn't have a Christmas tree. Thanks to Amanda I was able to take them a tree AND a stand!!

Found everything I needed. What I could not find, the staff was very helpful in showing me. The cashier was very sweet. I did tell them if water on the floor in the dairy section. The employee acted on that immediately.

Tierra at the Pharmacy is BEYOND AMAZING. she helped me so much to find the lowest price and had so much patience. We need more kind hearted people like her in this world.

Fantastic employees make shopping here feel like a small hometown store. Although it's smaller than larger HEB's they have a great selection. I always find great deals here that surpass HEB's prices.

The deli is great. The young lady Nora who works there is awesome. She is courteous and always has a smile in her face.
