Went in for a battery replacement back in November of 2023, it was busy so it took some time to be assisted, but overall a good experience.
Fast forward to now, my car was having more issues, I took it into a shop to be checked out, worried that it was the alternator this time, but it was the battery again (I have had to replace the battery three times since purchasing the vehicle, four years ago, due to a parasitic drain of some sort).
I came back to auto zone and explained the situation, the manager recognized me from before and was extremely helpful with the whole situation. He installed the replacement battery and shared some really good advice. I greatly appreciate the help!

My battery died in the middle of nowhere TN and I had to get a tow into town to replace it. I made several calls to check on cost and logistics. Craig at the Auto Zone in Decherd, TN was by far the most helpful! While they weren’t the cheapest, they installed for free so it worked out about the same as WalMart where the wait was 2-3 hours!! As the store’s manager, Craig made sure the transaction was smooth sailing from beginning to end. Highly recommend Craig and his team at Auto Zone!!

I currently work here and although it's stressful sometimes it is one of the best places I've ever worked. It's never a dull moment. I'm so grateful I get to make a positive difference with some people, and some people teach me new things. It's wonderful on both fronts.

My battery was dead and I thought I needed a new one. The AutoZone team tested the old one first. When they told me it could be charged, they charged it for free! It turned out all I needed to purchase was a small cleaning brush made specifically to clean the battery terminals.
I'll definitely shop there again!

Most definitely the best auto parts store here. O' Riellys is more expensive, and don't get me started on Advance... I've always had decent-wonderful customer service here and get the best prices when I can't get them online
