I needed some new blinds and decided I get it from Home Depot as it is a convenient location for me. There weren't too many people and I was able to get a store associate quickly to help me. I needed the blinds to be cut as they were too wide. The guy who was helping me was professional and knowledgeable. I bought 3 blinds and after installing it they fit perfectly.

For all of the ladies, that feel intimidated by the process of purchasing products from a hardware store. I would like to take this time to put your mind at ease. I purchase a item from this store and was having some difficulties with it, instead of taking it back to the store. I contacted the store and a nice young lady name Tyeshia went above and beyond her duties to help me. I was able to resolve my issue, therefore saving myself a trip to the store. She actually went to the isle that I purchased the item from located the item, read the instructions and walked me through the process. Outstanding, Bravo, Customer Service is still alive and living at Home Depot.😃 Kudos

We found everything in a timely manner. The older gentleman who helped us was very polite and knowledgeable. This was a great and quick in and out trip. We found everything we needed and were out of there in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning to Home Depot for all of my needs as they have a great selection.

Found all the items I was looking for. There was discount for 5 for $10 for soil which was awesome. Found some beautiful flowers. The friendly gentleman helped me with the items to my trunk.

Have been working in home projects the last few months and have made frequent trips to the paint section at the Beltway 8 store and Cole has always been excellent at helping us find everything we need. He goes above and beyond explains how certain types of paint are more suitable for our needs and has made the entire project much easier to deal with. Cole is an excellent employee and made sure our Home Depot experience went smoothly.

I found exactly what I was looking for - a fresh, live Christmas Wreath! I didn't have to go into main entrance - went into the Nursery entrance, parking was right there - so perfect! As soon as I walked in I asked the sales associate where the wreaths were - they were literally steps away, already stacked in one area and decorated with a pretty red felt bow/ribbon 🎀 and cheap - only $7.49 each - best deal!!!! So happy with the whole experience, and the sales/checkout associate was helpful and nice!

Friendly staff that was helpful in finding items i was looking for that were in a differnt spot than what the app said they'd be. Easy in and out during the middle of the day on Saturday

Why do day laborers , always try to jump in you truck beds, Im mean ,its great they out there trying to hustle. I know its hard to get a job . But its very annoying.

Thanks to its competent and foresight management, nearly you can find everything you need for an easy life. Their floor personnel are really polite, and knowledgeable about what they present. If you have a question about something they will provide you with a complete and accurate answer, even more they offer good ideas about how to use a product in an easier and better way. Overall, they treat you wonderfully, this is not only for this specific store, that's the same in all other their branches I have visited during years. I would say it's a highly qualified and professional company's culture. Thanks.

This Store has always been our store. The reasons why I say this it’s because of the team they have working always professional and caring. Today was honesty by Francisco when he found my husband’s cell in the shopping cart that we used. Francisco turned it in the Cashier in the self checkout and when we returned he told us he had found it. Great job Francisco❣
