Kroger

I found the items I wanted; but I couldn't help but notice all the wide, empty spaces in most areas of the store. I'm not sure what caused it.

We just left this Kroger location at 3:36pm on 10/18. We had the most amazing customer service from your cashier, Kennedy. She was waiting at the front of her register line to greet us as we approached. As I was unloading my groceries, I realized we forgot the hotdog buns. Once she finished scanning our groceries, Kennedy quickly disappeared. When she returned she had 3 different types of buns for me to choose from. In all my years as a Kroger customer, I have never received this kind of service. Kennedy was friendly, talkative, smiling and helpful. I myself am a retail manager for Home Depot and if I weren't on vacation, I would have hired her on the spot! Please keep her! She is a rare gem in this harsh world of retail!! Kennedy is who I would love to see as a cashier at all Krogers. Well done in hiring her!

Got gas.used points and filled up for $2.59! That's why we do Kroger....

Kroger allows me to gain fuel points when I shop and mails out coupons based on recent purchases. Can get busy at times during checkout, but otherwise it's a great store to shop.

First time in today since moving to Savannah. Very nice clean store , super friendly folks working here and very helpful . Clean restrooms. Good prices and cool specials with the card and sign up with the mobile app. They have Starbucks coffee here and they even have a bar! This is the first grocery store I've been in that has a bar, cool bartender and them ya can go order a pizza. I also like that there's a gas station on site and you get a gas discount when you shop .

A good place to get a wide variety of food with decent prices. I’ve come to respect kroger even more after the pandemic. Their dedication to wearing masks, sanitizing carts, and keeping the virus controlled is highly admiring during these times.

Karen, Jeff, Jennifer at Kroger bar are my all time favorites, it’s amazing at such a chain store you become so close to such a great family of friends. And Paula at self check out. Oh boy. Where do I start.... she’s amazing. Always gives me sass and it’s out of love, by far one of my favorite humans I have ever met. I appreciate all of you there.

Well stocked shelves and helpful staff.

Always clean. Staff always friendly and helpful. Always stocked. Good savings. Parking is kind of funny due to the trees. It can also be difficult to get in and out of the lot due to traffic and service roads and idiots that can’t read road signs and lack common sense. I’m not much for shopping, but this is a great store. Also has great eating options.

We love Kroger! Their customer service is far more excellent than it's competitor. Yes, it's true the store is a bit cramped. That's the reason for the expansion. Their prices and great quality are the reasons it's crowded. I have shopped all 3 major grocers on the island and Publix fails in comparison. We are excited to see the finished result next year.

I shop here for all our groceries and medicines. Pharmacy employees are always extremely helpful. Occasionally they will be out of stock on a sale item, but hey, when it's on sale, people stock up.

Newly renovated store is organized well with wide aisles and a large area to sit if you go to the deli. Gas is 20 cents off with your Kroger for a limited time so hurry in!

Kroger has a great asset by the name of Niecey. She goes out of her way to help you make just the right selections. Very happy personality and prescence. Seek her out everytime I am there..

Rob Henderson is Brilliant in the Seafood & Meat Department! He made me feel very Welcome & Comfortable. He answered all of my questions! I’ll keep going back. 😊

Cheese section is abundant and delightful. There is also an awesome beer and wine bar! Publix has always been my favorite, but now they have competition.

The registers close down @11PM every night. Self check out is open till 1AM every night. I promise self check out isnt that difficult if you use multiple brain cells.

Bigger than a normal Kroger. Clean with great prices. It even has a bar inside.

Helpful friendly staff. Great sales in the meat department. Shelves are well stocked. If I cant find an item anyone of the staff members are ready and willing to help.

Since the upgrade, I love the new Kroger is much bigger and much more modern. Love the bar and sushi bar as well. Great place to shop or hangout.
