Awesome experience. Had a difficult repair of older farm equipment. There were two really young guys, one of which was in training, and two mid-to-more-mature fellas working. I was skeptical they could find the right part in the right size. The more experienced employee jokingly said, "I know you're wondering, but you are in really good hands here." It may have taken a bit longer, but none of them were going to let me leave until they got it right. I brought everything home to hubby and he had the equipment up and running in 30 minutes. This was the first time I had been in this store. I'm extremely impressed with their staff friendliness, their training, and with the number of available employees working that day! I highly recommend.

I went needing a spark plug repair kit. I was greeted at the door by a friendly associate, directed to an available counter man who got on the computer and didn"t stop till he found what I needed. Thanks a million guys

Oh yeah that experience was awesome... Steve's the man... he's the sheeeeeet. Scaned my codes for me ...explained everything that was happening with the car while it was happening and what needed to be done... gave me some prices and took care of me...they're awesome up there

I needed windshield wipers for our car and was not sure what exact size I needed. The young man that was working at the counter came outside to our car helped me find the ones I needed, and even took the old ones off and installed the new ones. Thank You Very Much

Usually best parts prices in town, and will match prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, not afraid to get their hands dirty!

More reasonable on prices and a lot more social with hands on help with vehicle. Much better experience than with advance auto and auto zone in McMinnville.
