O'Reilly Auto Parts

It's my go-to store for any thing I need for my truck. They match prices of all other stores whenever I ask. It's very clean, organized, and always stocked very well, especially compared to the other parts stores nearby. The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They even called around to other stores and some local mechanics to help me find a special part they don't carry one Friday afternoon so I wouldn't be without my ride all weekend.

They are probably the cheapest place to go for parts, but don't expect them to know what part you need for your vehicle. They don't know much about cars or car parts, but if you tell them exactly what you need (by name), they will get it for you.

Oh my goodness Dennis is the best.100% pure satisfaction awesome customer service I haven't had this good of service in years.i spent so much money just because of him.was gonna go to the junkyard. Please give this fella a raise immediately!!!!!

I ordered some very hard to find injectors from O'Reilly's that no other parts house could find.He had the parts in next day as well! Jeremy is definitely the man to see when you're having a hard time finding a part! Highly recommended!

Came in because a different store gave me the wrong part and the old place didn't put me in the system, came in here they managed to track down my receipt and get me the right filter completely free of charge, great people here and very helpful, will be here again for future purchases

I got a large battery for my tractor and their price was $20 less than my local auto mechanic who usually has the best prices.

Jacob is the real MVP! A few weeks ago my ac went out and I though i needed to get a replacement pig tale wire harness that I bought last year and come to find out it had a lifetime warrenty on it. The only problem was they had no record of the purchase on my account and i called a couple of employees who told me they couldn't find it either and they were sorry. So I go in ready to spend the $40 on the part I needed and explain to jacob that i was upset because last summer i had already replaced the part from there location and it was not on my account. He looked at the part number and i told him I purchased it between June and August of last year and he pulled every sale of that item and seen that 1 was not attached to an account so he printed the receipt and it had the last 4 of my debit card on it and he was able to attach the part to my account. Jacob provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make things right.

I love this place! The staff makes this my absolute favorite stop for any auto needs. They find parts so fast, and they're so nice and helpful. Every visit has been pleasant.

These guys are great, they will go out of their way to make sure you get the right part or make sure they make it right. If you don't get the right part, whether it is your fault or theirs they do their best to help you get what it takes to fix your car.

Customer service is always very helpful. Ive never had any problems buying in-store or online.
