If I could give this store 100 stars I would. Had a pretty serious issue with Verizon over a returned phone. Been going on for a few months. I go into the store and Explain the issue to Shana Brown. From that point forward, she took over. 5 visits up there, several hours later, and I'm not sure how many people we actually talked to, the problem was resolved. She went way above and beyond to make sure this got resolved. This is an independent store and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I went in the store to purchase new phones. Shana Brown was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and understanding. She made the process stress free and answered every question we had. We will definitely continue to come here. We left with our phones completely working. Highly recommend this store to anyone.

It’s funny because I feel like I was tied to the whipping post but I have to say I also feel like I just won the lottery. Candace Reed at the Avon Randleman Verizon store was so amazing. She hung with me for a solid hour and a half talking to different representatives even from different companies to fix a problem with my phone that had been going on for a long time. We kept getting people that would try to pass the problem off on someone else and I just can’t say how patient she was and very detail oriented. She was amazing. She also was helping other clients while she was sorting through my problems. I can’t say enough good about her .There were a lot of people a lot of busywork. She is worth her weight in gold, and I think she would be an asset to any company. Nadine Wright

It was excellent. The girls were great. Shana helped me restore my phone when it completely locked me out. I was unable to do anything with it. She was patient and understanding and very helpful. Thank you for your great staff.

Shana Brown was very helpful. I had went to another Verizon store prior to her and they did nothing to help me. She was patient and so kind even when I was frustrated walking in. Thank you so much Shana you are an absolute sweetheart!

Cherie was wonderful at helping me fix my billing issue/ issues that another store messed up and wouldn’t help me with. Highly recommend using this store in Randleman and will definitely be taking my business there from now on.

Ok I have been here 2 days in a row. Yesterday with Candace and today with Shana and Cherie and have had a very positive experience with all of them They are so friendly and knowledgeable. So much better than the Asheboro store

I was a customer from another cell phone service and yesterday I came in and switched to Verizon. I was assisted by Shana, and she was amazing. She is very knowledgeable of her information, quick, respectful, and great at multi tasking. The other team members were also very friendly and I was greeted with smiles by everyone! The best all around customer service that I have received from anybody! Glad I finally made the switch and Verizon Randleman will be the only store I visit!

What a time to be alive when you can get a new phone sent to you and activated over the phone. Never had to step foot in the store! Thank you Candice for providing quick and friendly service and getting me my phone up and running within a day!

Wonderful !!! Shanna is Very Knowledgeable about these phones and very nice !!! You’ve got yourself a super employee (Shanna). I drive from Asheboro to Randleman because she is Nice, Smart and Helpful !!! I don’t Ever go to asheboro office anymore!!! I Always go to Randleman because you have a Super Employee at Randleman !!!

Shana was very helpful with our family getting new phones. She even helped us sync our Apple watches! We had issues with our rebates, and I called Verizon’s Customer Service, and they were not helpful at all. But I called Shana, and she contacted corporate and got the rebates for us! Shana rocks!!

I have been a big supporter of AT&T for my personal and also my business needs for over 20 years and I honestly didn’t know what I was missing by not switching to Verizon earlier. Specifically the personal touch I received from start to finish with Shana and the team at the Randleman Verizon store was a awesome experience. The service and the coverage that Verizon offers made it a easy switch! Thanks Shana and Verizon for helping me and my business save money and provide us with the service we were looking for!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. They looked out for my best interest rather than trying to sell me everything they could. They made my repairs and purchases a stress free experience. Can't say the same for the Asheboro location. Shout out to Shana & Con!

Shana Brown assisted me today changing my service from Sprint to verizon . this was a lengthy process but She was very patient and courteous and made the experience very pleasant.I had a lot of questions as I haven't changed service in 25 years. I would encourage anyone to use this store.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location and it's staff. We made an appointment for 12:15 saturday 3/20/21, to get a new phone for my wife. On the way there my wife talked me into getting a new phone as well. We were greeted at the door by Jordan and 2 staff members, one of which was a trainee. We told Jordan what we were looking for and he explained everything in depth. He helped us save alot for 2 great phones by trading in our phones and explaining different ways to pay for the plans and accessories. Everything went smoothly. And we got out in no time with our new phones. Jordan and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and they almost had us talked into a new iPad while we were there. 10 out of 10 for this place and it's staff.
We love our new iPhone and galaxy.

When I purchased my phone from Kevin , all the info he gave about fees to the phone itself was accurate. I appreciate that he was trustworthy and knowledgeable. Today, I needed help with a small problem. Sara and Kevin were both there to help. This is the only place I will shop for my next phone. They were not pushy but gave great customer service!.
