Very happy. Went in for propane tank swap. Fast service. Guy who helped me was a good dude. Price was reasonable. Zero complaints. Will go back.

Wonderful, overall experience, especially since this was my first experience. A friend recommended them, and I’m glad he did. I began working with one of the associates, who explained everything about the company’s services in full detail and was willing to work with me and the equipment I needed, despite it being a smaller order. When the gentleman left the company, another associate took over my account and honored the contract I had in place, even though I later found out, it was not the correct amount that should have been charged. Upon pick-up, Jeff and Greg were both knowledgeable and great in answering all of my questions and explaining how I can do preventative maintenance on the equipment, to keep everything in top condition. I would definitely recommend this company and will be looking forward to working with them in the future.

Matt G was a big help on a multiple welder/consumable order and helped mitigate the problems suppliers were having regarding the shortages/COVID. Definitely recommend Airgas Crafton/Pittsburgh for welding needs.

Never called us back regarding helium order. Informed us of helium shortage, sure but never got a return call from them after they received our credit app, or in response to phone messages left. This left us without any recourse and cost us a ton of money.

I get that there is a helium shortage for sure, but that doesnt justify not calling people back. I would avoid using AirGas Pittsburgh for anything you consider critical or time sensitive. They wont be able to provide you with the reliability you require.
