This is a wonderful place to stop! It is pretty clean besides the bathroom and has a great variety of snacks and food. The soda from the soda fountain was bad though. If you have multiple people you are traveling with that want different things to eat this is a great option. they have chicken tenders and sandwiches and a lot of other choices.

Outstanding service from Pilot #375 specially associate Netta. Excellent customer. Goes above and beyond to help a customer. You should have more associates with her motivation for customer service. Thank You, Netta.

Go see this guy for the best bbq in texas make sure it's this guy white Ford king ranch with same trailer there is another guy out there that does bbq but I've heard he is not near as good probably because he smokes his meats with cardboard boxes seen it with my own eyes but this guy here is legit and has delicious bbq brick house bbq across from diesel pumps i will be back

I applaud a young man, an employee, picking up trash around the entire premises of the truck stop. Its a rare, but very needed and appreciated action! Pilot management thank you for pursuing cleanliness. Plenty of security around here. Truck parking is limited.

Employees have always been courteous with me. Bathrooms clean. Once there was a problem with restrooms and they let me use one of the truckers shower restrooms. It was very clean. Regular buy gas. Also have McDonald's in house. Will continue to shop there.

I had a very pleasant experience here. I came in from out of town wanting to take a shower and I was so surprised at the set up.I have never used a public shower, but you have your own stall which includes a sink, toilet, and a shower. I bought my own towels, soap, and I recommend to shower with sandals on. The water got pretty hot and I was able to shower in peace. There's no wait time I arrived around 8 P.M. The lady at the front she was such a huge help and a big thank you to the gentleman who let me use his card because hers wasn't working at the register for my shower. It cost $12 which in my opinion isn't that bad, I really appreciate being able to take a shower after being on the road for so long. Had a good first experience here and if I ever come back into town after a long road trip this will be my place to stop.

I buy gas here frequently. Parking is free in the front area. I do not know if they charge the Truck Drivers for parking in the rear. Has always been clean and the employees are always friendly. There was one exception but in that case the truck driver was giving her a hard time and to be honest he got just exactly what he deserved. Public restrooms available and showers. A McDonalds is there as well. Recommended to family and friends.

Very friendly staff. Went to pay for shower because I didn't have any credits and the lady working gave me one.
Overall nice pilot. Majority pay to park but its in houston so what do you expect. At least you can get a spot unlike every loves after 5 or 6.

Reserved a spot because I wanted to make sure I could have a place to park. Glad they have these places to park. I do wonder what the market research says about pricing for the spots, I feel like 15 might be too much but most companies pay it no matter what. Just curious if there was actual data on 15/night when there are so many spots available. Also is there a monthly subscription for reserved spots? Something to think about. I’ll be parking here everytime I’m in Houston!

Great place to pick up a snack for the road, and love the service here. Sure I imagine they get so many rude and entitled people(witnessed before here) since they're located in a VERY busy road but they manage to keep there cool, with a smile on there face😁 Appreciate the service, Treat other the way you want to be treated.

Best place ever I swear! They've never disappointed. Always clean. Always friendly. They have these cold breakfast sandwiches called pj fresh and I swear I could live by those. Please go check the store out and while your there grab a pj fresh breakfast sandwich I promise it won't disappoint 😊

"Severe headwind" is how I would describe their fight for that five stars. The place is not in a great neighborhood. Lock and strap your doors. Lock your side boxes. Still, expect to return to missing tarps. Vandals make keeping the can spotless really difficult but they do try really hard!

Yesica and Shannon were very helpful and professional with helping to get me my reserved parking spot since I see people tent to park on those spots without actually purchasing the spot. Thank you guys!

We travel so much that I get to experience places outside of where I live. I must say that pilot are mostly cleaner than some of the other truck stops, and I have had more positive interactions with the staffing reps versus other places.

Best Pilot/FlyingJ in the Houston area. Manager oversees with a kind heart and word. Employees generous and well treated by management. Store and showers clean. Expeditor vans welcome! Highly recommended.

Nice working person working there their bathroom weren't working. but a lady work there said if you need to go. go in the one in the shower room#1 but it good now
