One of the best UPS experiences. The staff is very cool (I think her name is Jen ) , she answered all my questions in different package rates and differences and the insurance covered. Also she suggested which in is better to go.
My package delivered next day when I chose overnight or next day delivery. UPS never disappointed me

This store location was very professional and courteous from the moment I entered and left. I was stressed out about sending back cell phones to the carrier for new ones with out boxes and they took care of all my needs. I was assisted by an associate named Michael and I highly recommend going to him with your shipping needs.

This store is the best! Went in very stressed about getting some documents copied to get mailed out. No run around about..oh you can do it yourself, which I did not want to do. My cost $11.00 …well worth it me. Fed-Ex on Maynard gave me the run around BTW

The staff and the efficiency. The staff welcomes you with open arms and with a hefty shipment things can get stressful. They were patient, accommodating, knowledgeable and so on.

Nope, not the case. Totally took em no issue. I even missed the fact that I needed to seal up a box, and she said she'd do it no issue.

I had to ship my mom some of her stuff after she left it on mother's day weekend. I normally hate going to the UPS store or any mail store. This place was so lovely! The guy who helped me was truly HELPFUL. He even personally cut down the box to make the stuff inside fit better and save me money. The store was clean, the staff wore masks. I will come here again!

We drop of many large boxes at least once a week. We have always had excellent customer service. Charles (the boss) is always does over and above what is expected. This is the best UPS store in the Cary area and we have tried MANY of them. They do not provide the typical (less than stellar) "UPS experience". Always polite and friendly when we go in and welcomes our pre-labeled, big boxes without any problems.

By far, best UPS store to visit. I have frequented this store many times and have always had exceptional service. I went to ship a gift to someone, the Saturday before Christmas. I walked to the door, not realizing they were closed. Not only did the owner open the door for me, he trusted me to come back and pay for the shipment later. My gift arrived a day earlier as well.

This UPS store isn't the closest one to my home, but given the way I am always treated, it will be the only one that I visit.

I want to thank this UPS store, and especially Sarah, for all the help! I can't say enough nice things about how easy they made this process. We needed home pickup, packaging and shipping. They handled EVERYTHING. They showed up (on time), were helpful and kind, took everything to the store, packaged it properly and shipped it off - all in the same day. Easy as pie! If you need home pickup for things you need to ship, this is the store to use! (January 31, 2020)

The service was amazing and my package got to its destination safe and sound! Very happy with the UPS store and I am proud to say I will stay a loyal customer! The workers were very kind and when you go there ask for a boy named Cormac, he is a very hard worker and great employee.

Outstanding! Charles and his team always go the extra mile. They get customer service the way it used to be done, they put the customer first. I have been blown away by Charles' commitment to handle the things that add real value for me - fulfillment of packets of brochures and documents to go to prospects, large volumes of materials for tradeshows, creative original items, and much much more. I refer everyone I know to Charles - everyone one of them couldn't believe that they could get the kind of service they get with Charles and his team. No hesitation in recommending them - wish there was a 6 star rating I could give this location.

I shipped a package about 3 months ago and let me just say this was the friendliest staff I have encountered at a UPS store. One of the associates Tadhg helped me out a lot. The first thing he said was “Let me handle your package” very friendly!! Let me just say I will be coming back to this store and absolutely letting Tadhg handle my package everytime

The UPS off Kildaire Farm Rd is the best one I've been to! Very friendly staff, organized environment, and Aiden, Rachel, Cormac and their manager Sarah were all so helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Steve and everyone else at the store went way above and beyond to help me out with an issue I had. Cannot thank them enough.
