AT&T Store

Vic was amazing here, she really answered all our questions and got us two new phones and one line added! Super friendly super easy to talk to, highly recommend coming here for her.

Just stopped in to get added onto a plan and get a new phone. Vic helped us. Super informative and awesome.

I bought a new IPhone at Apple yesterday and they were not able to activate it. I went straight to my local AT&T store and Princess was more than happy to help! She was friendly and knew exactly what to do. She gave me her contact info just in case I had issues with it. It’s good to know I can go to a local store and get great service!

Jessica made the switch from Sprint to AT&T SUPER easy! She was quick, efficient, and explained everything in the process very well. I was previously a customer with AT&T fiber but needed to change wireless service after terrible customer service with Sprint after 20 years.

I was also impressed with how she greeted everyone that came into the store, even when she was assisting other customers. She never let a customer feel ignored. She really made the whole visit wonderful.

If I can only use one word to describe my experience I’d say “Impressive”. I am a regional manager and I was floored by this Stores atmosphere. From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly, even the employees working with other customers greeted me when I came in.

I had the pleasure of working with Johnny. Such a nice , friendly knowledgeable young man. He made me feel very comfortable and we carried on such a pleasant conversation while he helped me with my account. I ended up getting the phone I wanted and he actually lowered my
bill. I can honestly say that’s a first....ever!

The young lady there was very sweet as well, she was helping another customer but when she walked past, she was smiling and looked me in the eyes and asked how I was doing....I wasn’t even her customer! Again, Impressive.

The manager Matt was on the sales floor engaging with all customers , helping the employees, having fun with customers. He was actually the one to go and get my phone so that Johnny could fix my plan to drop my bill. I love seeing managers actually getting involved and leading by example like that-impressive. I ended up talking to Matt for about 15 min after I was all set up, mostly to commend him on how he ran his store. I may have even offered him a job....which he politely declined and said he was very happy there with his team. Again, where do you find this kind of attitude??

I’ve never had any horrible experiences at other AT&T’s, but this store was a whole new vibe that for someone who works in sales can honestly say was refreshing! I could only wish that my stores have the same vibe and overall fun, yet professional feeling.

I had to give my compliments to this store in detail and all it’s employees, very impressed!

I have to honestly say if you want great service with the best customer service skills this is your store. I have been here quite a few times for different reasons , and everytime I do I am meet immediately with a smile on their face and quick friendly service. If you leave here dissatisfied it's only because no one can give you what you want. Some of my issues was very technical so the store manager Matt, which was very busy by the way put everything on hold (keep in mind he already had his hands full) came over to assist . Not only did he meet and exceed my expectations he gave me the best customer service that I have had in quite a long time. I always dread going into any store , having to deal with strangers because yes I hate people they just get on my nerves but this store is different and the reason why is they have the right team there , I'd give this store 10 stars if I could. No I was not given anything to say any of this , I don't even give reviews , it's just people if you need the best cell service the company is without a doubt at&t and the store is the ,zebulon one. To the owner of this store if you actually read these I forget her name but she is an older woman who I believe was a store manager before she worked here and Matt , I wish I could remember the lady's name but these two people are top notch I would suggest recognizing these two maybe even rewarding them in some way, the other younger ones I can not honestly say anything good about them but for sure those two are the very best of the best.

I switched from Verizon to AT&T Princess that works at the one in Zebulon was great help. She answered all of my questions. And did everything she could to help me I highly recommend her and that branch to anybody looking for a good store.

This store is a hidden gem! I received great customer service and everyone seemed to work well together. I will definitely be back for my next upgrade.
