Joel is so amazing! He is kind and patient and polite. I appreciate the friendly service and the feeling that someone cares.

This CVS store continues to be my go to for vaccines, prescriptions and my list of household needs for my family. From the best pharmacy staff to the front cashiers, I have always been impressed with their helpfulness and work for customers.

The staff greeted me when I walked in. The pharmacists gave me a flu shot in a timely manner, and they were able to thoughtfully answer my questions about the vaccine. The store clerk was also helpful regarding how to make the most of my coupons. The store was very tidy as well. Very happy with my visit.

I go in pretty often because my prescriptions keep ending up wrong, love the staff and a few of them know me by name. They are super helpful and really try to help me understand what aspects of my prescriptions are incorrect, and super quick at getting it right if the mistake was on their end (Almost never is though)

Me and my husband came here for covid vaccine. Staff are friendly they accommodated my husband who has an appointment after one hour of mine. Ms.Kathryn who gave us vaccine is very nice and friendly. She gave us painless vaccine. It happend in a blink doesn’t even feel like pinch at all. Thank you Ms.Kathryn!! Highly recommend this place.

I was extremely happy with the staff here. Two of the pharmacists went out of their way to try to save money on an expensive prescription, and were very helpful in cancelling the original prescription from another pharmacy that didn’t have the prescription but we’re unable to order it.

Charles and Cayman have worked hard to keep all my prescriptions coming. All needed to be transferred from out of state and are from different
doctors so this is not easy
The staff is great on finding non prescription items I need.

Always very helpful with me. Staff is courteous and kind, especially the store staff. Pharmacy has messed up only a couple of times, out of the hundreds of times that I've been there, and they have worked hard to fix it and make sure that I was pleased.

Been going to the Sunset Lake CVS for several years now. The staff has always been very nice. The pharmacists are wonderful. They've always been able to answer all my questions and provide recommendations. Highly recommend.

this store had some minor problems when they first opened up years ago but i’ve had nothing but excellent service from them for several years, and i use them pretty often. i don’t think they deserve their low rating.

The few times that I have been here the workers behind the front counter have been very helpful and friendly.

This place is a little hit or miss. The store manager there is very very nice and is quick to take care of things. Sometimes the pharmacy staff is very very slow, but they are almost always very friendly. This store is conveniently located for me so I do visit frequently even though I've been to better drug stores.
