Sean and Jennessy back in the pharmacy helped me on a recent visit. They exceeded expectations and I will be back again because of it. I sound so old but here goes…on this day and age it’s hard to find people that seem to value customers and the job they do so Thank you

I lost my receipt to do the survey, so wanted to give a great review. Recently visited the store and I was in rather a hurry. Asked tbe gentleman up front , William for help. To my great surprise, he knew exactly where the item I needed was ! I was able to get in and out very fast. Thank you for making me smile! You ROCK!

Great staff! I came in looking for a hard to find skin care product. They took the time to research the product as well as to cross check inventory for me. It was so refreshing to see great customer service at work! Well done ladies!!

This location was ok the first few months I lived here but it's going downhill. I went to pick up a prescription on Friday. The pharmacy was closed due to having no pharmacist. Like...what? Now I find out it's still closed; of course I'm going out of town tomorrow. I hate how COVID messed things up and so many businesses haven't bounced back.

The pharmacy on Village Road has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Are they trained to be rude to customers?
The first time I went the cashier at the pharmacy would not talk to me, instead she just stared. I just called and the man that answered yelled at me, and I called him an AH and he hung on me.

Any other store is better than walgreens. Don't even bother clipping coupons on their mobile app because it never works. The cashiers aren't even trained how to use the mobile app. Instead of trying to fix their problems, they tell you "keep your receipt and call, they'll reimburse you". Well I tried that and all they do is add a "reward" to your account. The point of a coupon is to get $ deducted from your total in the first place. Instead, walgreens will give you the reward to use at your next visit. That's how they get you, instead of having $ off in the first place, you now have to go into walgreens again and spend MORE MONEY to use that "reward". It's all a scam. Then they'll tell you "only the corporate office can handle coupon issues". So I ask for the number to corporate and they didn't know it. Once again another excuse and I'm told to look it up online. If you want to be disappointed every time, visit walgreens.
