Experience was excellent. I did not understand the questions on the page that asked about HWH…etc. I didn’t know what the initials meant, so that’s the reason they went unanswered.

I've been to this location about three or four times in the last month and every time I visit your staff is super friendly and helpful. They are so welcoming. There is a gentlemen who works as the front that has helped me with passport photos and was so polite and friendly. And a women who also works the front desk whom helped me bring the heavy box of kitty liter to the front for me. Every time I walk in the door its a Wonderfull experience.

Sometimes we "find" what we are expecting. Personnel do have a security element to their job duties, they ARE expected to greet each person that comes into the store and ask if they can help.
With the craziness going on in the world, aren't you glad that you can shop knowing that the people entering the store before you and after you appear to be gun free and not crazy dopers looking to shop lift or worse? It is just the world we live in.

I am a long time customer at CVS even back when it was Revco. Yes, I am well known at the store and YES, I am still greeted as I come in or asked if I need help if they miss me coming in.

Great pharmacy workers

The pharmacists are always very helpful. They have issues with receiving prescription refill orders made through their app occasionally, so if you put in a request that way, it might not be a bad idea to call to be sure they got it. Also, sometimes it takes longer than they say it will, but their timeliness seems to have improved in the last few months.

When I go to the pharmacy they aren't overly friendly which doesn't really bother me but they always end up having to order my kids medicines although I've never had this issue with other pharmacies. I don't know about the store itself as I never go inside.

I have come to really like all of the employees who work in the front or the actual store, day or night shift, but almost every time I pick up meds from the pharmacy, I feel disrespected and aggravated when I leave, unless the younger guy pharmacist is there because he's really nice, but the rest of the staff in the pharmacy are pretty rude for no reason at all.
