Evan is the sweetest. We’re from Greenville and my aunts car was shaking. He opened the hood and told her not to drive it back home because it was too risky. He was patient and so polite. He deserves a bonus, raise or promotion. He provides wonderful customer service and we really appreciated it. :)

I can't even begin to explain how thankful I am for the employees that were working 11/9 at night. As me and my husband were driving our water pump went out and it was at 8:30 and instead of kicking us to the curb at 9 they made sure we were good. Great customer service!!!

I frequent this auto parts quite often. I see different staff almost every time I go in and yet my experience is always satisfactory. During the installation of my new battery, provided by an employee, my old terminal broke. Instead of making me pay for a new the employee put a brand new one on without blinking an eye. This small gesture of kindness goes a long way in terms of customer service and I will see myself coming back here for a long time.

Experience is always awesome. Great staff. Always there to help. Manager is knowledgeable of products.

Had a great experience here. Tyler was very helpful and was able to not only solve my issue but teach me how to solve it on my own, should it occur again.

Used my speed perks to save money on oil and filter for oil change. Sales Associate helped me grab correct filter and type of oil for my vehicle. Always check online for coupons too!

The staff greeted me when I walked in and asked if they could help me. Positive experience start to finish. Clean store, well stocked.

Had to get a new battery unexpectedly. Friendly staff. Installed battery for us. Patient with my 3 year old daughter. It was a wonderful experience.
