Employees were great . Store had everything we needed without having to go to a big box store .

Haven't been to food town since I lived is El dorado in clear lake, but this one is HUGE so so so many options and the pricing is 🥰🥰🥰 very organized nothing blocking aisles like boxes being stocked or waiting to be stocked. Super super impressed by the entire fruit and produce sections. Everything looked so fresh so organized almost ended up buying fruit just because how fresh looking it was, but big sticky mango during my hour drive ahead of me didn't seem like a great idea. Aaaaaaand now I'm thinking about that mango 😭

Staff are friendly. I feel like Foodtown needs to fix their isle signs. Kinda hard to navigate when looking for a particular item.

Back then didn’t really like they’re employees they were rude & old but lately they have new employees and young people working there that are more helpful and polite way way more better then before !

Awesome experience to shop food town I shop there alot my whole family shops there management is very good there all the employees are always with smile and work hard I appreciate them for taking there time when I looking for something that I need if I am in a hurry... I recommend anyone to come shop here .

Store was Stocked Well & CLEAN! I know that it's been a HARD YEAR+ & most stores shelves were cleared & the staffing has been short & Overworked then to add to their jobs they were asked to keep their areas Disenfected and wearing those AWFUL MASKS during the entire Time they were working through ALL the CHAOS & CONFUSION. Dealing with scared, overwhelmed Customer's Throughout this COVID-19 Pandemic. I said ALL that to say this, not 1 time during ALL of this have I or my husband been to Food Town 435 Sheldon Rd Channelview TX that the employees weren't Courteous, smiling & willing to Help with Checking the Stock room in the back for WHO KNOWS the Millionth Time to Help a Customer. The Store has been kept clean & sometimes the shelves were cleared BUT Morale was ALWAYS UP & for Myself & husband That has MADE a HUGH difference in our continuing to Shop Food Town 1st & if they happened to be out of Stock on something I was needing the way the we were treated MADE it easier to keep going to hopefully find what we were in need of.
THANK YOU to EVERYONE who has has a part even the smallest of Parts in Helping our Community Support & Encourage One another. GREAT JOB!!!

Always a good experience at this Food Town location. They stay open super late and are very convenient. They have the best deals when buying meat and they make dinner time for my family of 6 super affordable! Midday week shopping is the least crowded obviously...but its a grocery store so hey...

Best Prices in Channelview tx And Surrounding Areas

I must say that this place has a great service and great prices on food so family can enjoy but the only thing wrong for is that I applied for them I called back and customer service said they would call me back but I double checked with them on the next 2 day and I said I was calling to see if I can make an appointment and customer service said with a little attitude just wait until they call you and ever since no response

The fact alone that the owner responded to my review deserves another star...not to mention that it's the best food town I've been to in houston so far and it shows that this owner really does care about his customers and that's rare theses days you just dont see customer service like this any more it's a breath of fresh air to have it at this store ...I luv it!!
