Shop at Dollar General on Benson Rd Garner quite frequently. Have never had unpleasant experience. Staff always friendly and helpful. On recent visit asked about coffee pots. Woman told me what aisle to look. When I went to section there were no coffee pots on display. Was very tired so didn't inquire further. Then, at checkout she came to me with coffee pot in box and asked if this was what I was looking for. True Customer Service!

Always a great place to stop. You can find amazing deals and sales here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Wish they didn't discontinue their soda brand though because now I have to go all the way to Walmart instead. I pass Dollar General on my way to work and home so it was more convenient but without the soda I don't stop as often

I was in today and it's always wonderful to visit. I saw an employee stop everything in front of the store to help this woman who couldn't walk very well or bend very well into her car and help her load up her belongings. I wish I knew this person's name because I want to thank him for going beyond his duties to have true customer service. Everyone I've met there has been absolutely amazing and I can't think of a single time I had an issue there. I'm glad they are so great with customers, I would recommend here to anyone and everyone because I know they'd be treated with respect and care. THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE YOUNG MAN WHO STOPPED TO HELP THAT WOMAN. YOU HAVE RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY.

The cashier asked me if I found everything I needed today. The cashier asked if there is anything that I am having trouble finding to just ask. This is a great example of quality customer service! Well done!

Love this store. Any last minute needs is always a stone throw away from my house. Guaranteed to find whatever I need --can of beans to clean as ning products to first aid stuff. Live the staff.

I heart Dollar General! It's right around the corner, and always has whatever little thing I need, saving me a trip farther down the road to the grocery store or Walmart. It's always busy, but not too busy. Seems to be managed well.

This is by far my favorite Dollar General. It's the only one that I shop at where every single person is helpful and friendly. The store is neat, clean and inviting. Thanks!

Shopping at the Dollar General is an adventure. They have everything you could possibly want and you can't beat the prices. The Dollar General is the first store I go to, before I go to the supermarket.

When you need a gallon of milk do you want to park your car 17 spots away from the front door, by the time you get to the front door you know you got to walk to the other end of the store just to get to the milk?!?! Not at the DG baby!!!!. By the time you're out of your car and walking through the door, go to al3 and take a right the end is the cooler with the milk - right? So you grab it bust a yui, straight to the checkout line... no one in front ..no one behind ... its the DG baby ..saving you time!!

Store is very clean and organized! Great customer service from managers and cashiers.

I was able to get a great Christmas gift at a steal of a deal. I only paid $5 for a small crock pot here.

This is my go to store for almost every last minute thing because its so close to home...they pretty much have anything you need at a really fair price!!
