Staff is always courteous, friendly and professional. Love my local Holly Springs UPS Store! My staff person today was Tae and he was very helpful with my packaging selection and even caught an address error I had made. Truly appreciate his attention to detail! Suggest this young man receive recognition.

I have visited that store twice in the last 30 days. And I have to say it’s the nicest friendliest most efficient shortest time in line store I think I’ve ever been in. It’s really a pleasure walking into this place of business. All the staff are friendly, smiling not acting as if they’re rushed but yet still moving in a very efficient manner. No time is wasted but you’re not made to feel like you’re moving slower than they want you to. I really appreciate the great customer service and I really appreciate how they will take care of most of the details of getting your package ready to go so that you don’t have to. Keep up the great work.

The staff is fast, polite, and understanding. I come here often to do returns and I usually get the same employee who goes above and beyond every time. I need to get her name the next time I go because she is truly the best! This store tends to get busy but I have never had to wait because of how efficient the staff is.

Hands down this is my favorite UPS store. Quick service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, I couldn't ask for more. Special thanks to Liz for her assistance today.

The friendliness of staff; also mentioning the AARP/AAA discount to take the edge of the sometimes pricey cost of shipping. Love this location - and i have a ""Ship on Site" location within 1/2 mile from house, but no where close to being treated as a valued customer. (Not to mention their hours are limited)

Michael was super helpful when I was trying to decide what boxes to purchase to pack goods for a trade show. He took the time to show me different sized options and I found a great selection, just what I needed. The office had the customers in and out like a well-oiled machine. Nice job.

I had the pleasure of Jessica's assistance today. She was knowledgeable, sweet & helpful. I did not feel rushed and I had quite a few items. She also was kind enough to greet each customer that walked in the door in a very timely manner. She was great!!!!

This is best best UPS store I’ve seen. Since their renovation, it’s always neat, clean and organized. When I’ve encountered a line of people, the line moves quickly. It seems there are plenty of employees working. All seem to be staying busy and helping each other. I’m very impressed with this store and its employees.

My experience at this Holly Springs UPS store has always been a positive ~ and enjoyable one.
Professional and efficient, this UPS store provides an excellent service to ship - and deliver - my many boxes that I have sent to Canada over the years.
I only have to mention the first name of a family member and Jesseca instantly knows the Canadian city destinations. She handles my boxes with care ~ and a personal interest.
She is on a friendly first name basis with all my family !

I make all my Amazon returns there and ship gifts to my young adult children and grandchild in this store. They are helpful, patient , efficient and knowledgeable about sending whatever you want for in the most affordable and safe way.

Great customer service. I did an Amazon return of two large boxes. At the store I discovered that the Amazon QR code only paid the shipping for one box.
Andrew did a great job explaining the issue, gave me options and then walked me thru the correct return process with Amazon. I left the UPS store with both boxes returned and paid for by Amazon. Well done Andrew!!

I came in today having trouble sending a package out to my parents over on the west coast. Mary-Kate was very friendly and helpful. Mary-Kate went through all available shipping costs for me and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! I never have any trouble at the UPS store here in Holly Springs !

The Holly Springs UPS store is always super quick and easy for shipping out packages. They have a lot of customer traffic, but they always have 3-4 cashier stations staffed with efficient and friendly employees, so my wait time has always been <1 minute and I am typically out the door a minute after that. Easy in-and-out for dropping off Amazon returns.

I came here for the first time to ship an important package to Las Vegas NV. I was initially impressed by the cleanliness of the place, then by the synergy with which I witness the staff work. When it was my turn to the counter, the UPS rep (Melanie) was professional, attentive, and thorough. By the time I completed my shipping, and my package was packed to specification, I couldn't wait to get back to the office and give a grateful review. I highly recommend this location!
