This has become my favorite store! The stylists are great to work with - shout out to Katie! - and I always feel like I'm shopping with my girlfriends. I finally feel like I have great clothes and style in my 40s!

Really nice store with a boutique feel. I found high end boutique items as well as the store’s own brands from casual to dressy. Definitely will be back.

I bought a shirt and jeans here while attending a business meeting in Durham. The jeans are amazing, but the shirt ended up being defective. I had my receipt, and called and explained what happened. I don’t live in Durham, and wanted to know my options to return it.
Kathy said she’d check with Michelle, the asst. manager and call me back. Within a few hours I had a message that my account had been credited, and I could keep or throw the shirt away. Wow! You don’t experience this type of customer service anymore. I checked my account a few hours later and the money was already there. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area. Thank you!!!

Love this store and Julie was amazing!! So friendly and no pressure. I told my daughter and husband that I have never had anyone pick stuff for me I actually loved and she did! Will definitely be back.

Nice to have stylist assistance without pressure. Ended up buying clothes I wouldn't have selected for myself alone.

Cute clothes and great brands but literally the worst customer service experience I can remember in the past 10 years. The sales associate completely ignored me and literally stood directly in front of me with her back to me. I had been waiting for a dressing room for 5-10 minutes and one finally came available, but the woman who came out said she was told they like to clear out the room before letting someone come in. Since the sales associate was literally two feet from me, I waited a moment to see if she would turn around or if I should grab her attention. Again - she knew I was there, knew I was waiting and chose to completely ignore the fact that I was standing there waiting to try on $200 jeans. Another woman (not their fault that the customer did this, but completely avoidable) knew I had been waiting and went and found someone else and took the room she knew I had been waiting on. They lost a sale because I had been looking for those jeans for months and had planned to buy them. Again, what the other customer did was rude - but she never should have been able to do that and wouldn’t have been able to if the salesperson hadn’t very purposely ignored me.

I have to admit that this was not a pleasant experience for my daughter or myself. We walked in as we saw the store was having a grand opening. Not 1 person greeted either of us the entire time we were in the store. Even my teenage daughter noticed this. Seems to be a new store to the area but not one where we will be shopping. We were met with greetings at both Urban Outfitters and Free People. Never had this experience at Southpoint Mall before. We were the only people of color in the store. Not cool EverEve.
