Kroger Marketplace

We travel the entire country for my husband’s work and we have been to dozens of Kroger locations in many states. This is,by far, one of my best of their stores we have ever been to. The produce department is excellent, great selection of organics. I was thrilled to see the clothing department, nice selection of every day ladies outfits. They were all 30-40% off the day we were there. I love the Kroger brand products, they are great quality at a better price. The store is clean and well stocked. The Starbucks inside is great, very friendly. The floral department is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely drive a little extra to visit this store while we are working in Houston.

They have the best customer service in Houston so far. I came here after leaving the worlds worst apartments and was greeted with kindness. Every single thing's fresh and welcoming. I will be back.

Kroger’s never disappoints me. Today while using their curbside service, Kroger’s surprised me with a FREE Valentines Day tote bag filled with yummy treats, healthy snack samples and coupons.

This is a Grand Kroger. This is the Mother of all Krogers. This is a walmart who lost a duel to Kroger and assimilated its remains and became a super power. You enter and are immediately welcomed with an interior of a mega store. They have everything you could want to find in a store. Now for the reason of the review. I heard of the fabled Watermelon Stella Rosa Wine... I never had luck anywhere. Specs. My local Kroger. Walmart. Target. Nada. But this giant store had exactly what I have been looking for. Not to mention Sushi Bar, Cheese Bar, and a Kitchen Ware Area for all your kitchen needs. It also comes with a Starbucks on the inside for your coffee needs. Just a well rounded and OVERPOWERED store. Nothing can compete. They also have a fuel center. Shop there, acquire points and save on groceries , fuel and TIME! I am just in Awe....

Love the arts and crafts that they have in the back of the store it’s fun for the kids

Pharmacy Manager was great! I had trouble finding an item in the aisle he assisted me with finding the item. He went further and spoke with me regarding how long before expecting results etc.. He also answered questions regarding another prescription I have and the side effects. He was so patient and welcoming. I have 4 prescriptions I will move from Walmart Pharmacy to Kroger because I truly enjoyed the patience he had with me.

Always clean and great variety of products. Was the best place open after Harvey as well. Always friendly employees, too!!

Every time I pick up my groceries, I really enjoy the service. Personnel is always attentive and goes all out on substitutions.

Trent and a few other employees were very helpful tonight when I needed to exchange a vacuum I bought last week. They all had great attitudes and were very kind in helping me with the exchange.

Frequent this location for my families grocery needs. The store is always clean and stocked. However, I have found the best time to shop for produce is Tuesday’s evenings. The produce section is well stocked with the freshest produce. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Sometimes they lack enough cashiers to accommodate customers in an efficient manner.

My favorite Kroger!!! I always stop by and do my grocery shopping here when I’m on this side of town.

This is new Store, huge don't plan on a quick trip to see it all. The Wine and Beer bar is so cool. Yes they have a 2 drink limit, just a nice place to relax and John is very nice. The sandwiches are fresh and the deli is awesome. Love this store!

This store is new, very clean and well organized. It is a Signature Kroger. It is very well laid out, surrounded by new retail locations being built as of this review. This location has fuel pumps with awesome fuel prices. They have lots of bargains on different items at different times. 10 for $10 is common on select items. Customer service reps are very friendly. The pharmacy staff is fantastic (John, Mayra, Precious). Also, you can get a $25 store credit for transferring an existing or bringing a new prescription, so long as you are using health insurance but not Medicare or Medicaid. Great place to shop!

This Kroger has all kinds of things you didn't know you needed plus everything you'd expect from a good grocery store. Prices are reasonable, associates are friendly and helpful, produce is top notch and it is a joy to shop here. It's also very clean and well stocked.

Tahner was amazing and he needs to be a manager, a leader for Kroger of some sort. Not only did i ask once about the location of aquaphor and he walked me to it but the bottles were way too big and so told him it was ok i’ll find something else, but he walked to 3 other isles finding and bringing me things like that item or close to it. Super sweet guy he didn’t have to go that extra mile but he did and found exactly what i needed it just took a little searching no other employee there would care that much. Thanks tahner you’re an awesome person!

this kroger is a bit confusing and it’s everywhere like the creamer is no where near the iced coffee (odd) but the drink and snack selection beats HEB any day .

I am CONTINUALLY blown away by the friendly staff. I love Amanda who works in the hygiene and personal care dept. She is such a hard worker, efficient, and friendly! I am also a huge fan of the checkers Kennedy, Chelsea, and Andrell!!! This is an excellent location with a wonderful staff! So grateful for my Kroger's!!!

The best Kroger in the north houston area. The employees are very nice and helpful. I saw a young man helping an older women today by waiting for another customer to finish using the motor cart and return to the lady due to the fact that all other motor carts weren't charged. This is truth that gentlemen and great employees are still in the working world. Thank you Kroger for having great employees and a great location filled with everything you'll need to get for dinner/household items.

This review is specifically for an employee named Tina she was my cashier for today’s grocery shop visit . Tina was working the express register and I was waiting in line a few lanes over because I had to many items for the express lane. She walked over to me and my husband to let us know she will take us in her lane since she had no one there. She gladly scanned and bagged our almost full cart and didn’t complain. She even asked if we would like double bag on some heavier items. . I’ve been shopping at this location ever since they opened and she is the only cashier that has said more then just “Do you have a Kroger card” she suggested I download the Kroger app to save even more money with their app coupons when I link them with my Kroger card. She was very knowledgeable and as a former Kroger employee (years ago) she showed the true meaning of EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Keep up the good work Tina! You will definitely go places with that positive attitude.

I would like to say thank you too Tamia in the pharmacy department. She went out of her way to explain the medication and showed me how to save on future prescriptions. She did everything with the smile and patience that my friend nowadays is customer service. Great customer service Tania.
