Nordstrom Rack

Thanks for the great customer service. I had a return that I knew was a few days beyond the authorized period for exchange and return. I asked politely if the manager would accept the dress and shirt since I had just got back from a vacation. She listened politely and honored my request. I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer throughout my adult life and I am so grateful that the exceptional care and respect continue.

Nordstrom Rack is the place to buy all the right garments you need! I like this store, and I always buy shoes and accessories here! I bought myself a two-piece suit, cadual sports jacket, shirt, belt, and undergarments. Best store ever! 👍👍👍🔥👏👏👏

Love Nordstrom Rack never know what you might find. This time I found sorel's. Got tenny shoes and sandles. These are so comfortable had knee replacement and these shoes give great support

We had a great experience here today! Keven went out of his way to help me search for alternate sizes (and hunt them down for me), and Marqesse made our check out efficient. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and had a positive disposition. The store was clean and organized. It was our first time in, and the customer service will definitely bring us back!

I love Nordstrom Rack and have the credit card, but I hate having to drive from Oly to Tacoma to return things. Their website has better deals and a bigger selection, and I usually only go to the store to return things. However, the store is clean and well organized with friendly employees.

Love this Rack. Susie Wagner, who works in the back at the dressing rooms, is excellent. She makes shopping here so much easier and quicker. She helped me look for a dress and helped me find the right size when I was in a rush to find something for an event. She also helped me look online for two different things that their location did not have in my size. She is pleasant, friendly, and works hard every time I see her at this store. In my opinion, she deserves a promotion and raise!

The customer service here was amazing. The purchase line was extremely long. We almost left because of it. We saw the line moving quickly and stayed in line. We were very surprised how quickly we made it through the line. The manager was very nice and helpful. She has a wonderful team.
