This store is located on 330 S Battlefield Chesapeake Virginia 2330 .For do it yourself projects these stores carry almost all products you need. Garden tools and outdoor plants they got enough varieties and paint supplies I bought from here some stuff is less expensive than others,hardware, plumbing,cement, households materials I like,outdoor decorations ,some daily needs stuff I find nice small bottles of soda never saw love it and more items like garden boots and hats nice looking. customer service is excellent. They got rewards program too.I bought cement, paint accessories , cement glue and home decorating accessories and garden plants. Very nice parking lot and clean store is also clean and stocked.

I went in to get a key copy. They did not have the base but they referred me to a lock and key place up the road. Very friendly service.

I needed steel cable for my steering on my sailboat and they had it. 😊 Nice folks at the store too!

I went in to have a car key made. The lady at the service desk was VERY knowledgeable. I didn't think my van key had internal electronics. She knew better and looked it up for me. They don't carry those kind of keys, but she directed me to the closest competitor who did. She had a printed out list of nearby shops that could help me. Customer for life.

This store is well stocked and well organized, if you can't find what you are looking for, it seems to me that there was a knowledgeable person just ready and willing to assist you. I was looking for some stove pipe hardware and they were very helpful in helping me locate what I needed to finish a home project. I would recommend this store to anyone who is working on do it yourself projects.

A very large, clean, well organized store with very helpful staff. They carry a wide variety of items.

What's to say. It's a hardware store. I generally know what I'm after when I go there and I get it.

Super friendly staff, a young woman helped me find what I was looking for twice. And young man at the register was engaging with each customer in a polite and professional manner. Great experience! When you don't want to waste your time in Lowe's, go to Taylor's. If you need help, you don't have to search high and low for an employee. Besides, it's closer to my home.

I think I've found my new shopping place for my outdoor yard work and activities. Also, I discovered they carry Chow Chow.....I grew up getting this homemade. I can't wait to try the mild and hot versions that I bought. The staff members I interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly! Great place to shop and I'll be back!

I had dropped off two patio screen doors and I was able to get them back the next day which was a great surprise! I currently have them fixing two broken patio screen windows. I was glad they are to fix them since the company that built our sunroom "folded" without notice. The service people are nice and helpful and lots of interesting items in the store.

I did a lot of construction over the summer and wish I had found this place sooner. It doesn't -look- like a home-improvement store but it is a quiet, and competitive location to the other two big-chain home improvement warehouses. Staff is friendly and helpful and they have done good job at having a little bit of everything in stock.

Feels like a neighborhood store. Everyone is helpful and they know their products. If you ever need an odd bolt, screw, or washer this is the n place to go.

I'm a big fan of Taylor's staff is always friendly and eager to help. Always have a good selection good quality stuff a nice wide variety of Home housewares odds-and-ends stuff you may need. Been to the store few times always had good service keep up the great work five stars two thumbs up

I managed to find a plumbing item that I was unable to find (out of stock) for weeks at my local Walmart (and it was only $1 more). Clerk was friendly and there was no line.
Shop had some neat things you probably wouldn't have expected to see, too ~ glass bottle sodas, novelty socks, things like that. I need to go back and wander all the aisles when I have more time.

Stopped in for some pool chemicals and decided to look around since this was my first visit. The staff was friendly, the inventory was surprisingly varied, and prices were good. A much less hectic experience than shopping at Home Depot or Lowe’s.

I've had to stop in here a couple times now while visiting Chesapeake Bay.. I have to say, for a hardware store these folks were on it.. They were very helpful in assisting me with the various things that I needed to get quickly.. Both knowledgeable and friendly!

Very polite and helpful associates! It really helps when going to a place like this and you're not very handy. They made sure I had everything I needed to get the job done myself. Make sure to try the delicious caramel chews at the register too
