Very helpful staff great customer service

Conveniently located store if you work on the industrial side of town. Clean, well stocked, with competent, helpful staff members. Lacks the glitz and glam of other, more visible NAPAs, but that's a part of its appeal. Solid example of the chain.

I know some of the staff and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't know the answer, they do their absolute best to figure it out.
Store is usually very clean, organized and stocked.
