7-Eleven

It is 8/20/2023 , 7pm. I stopped at this 711 per chance as I’m traveling from Florida to NY. Just so happened to stop here to grab some ice. I don’t usually leave reviews for regular in and out stores but I had to leave a comment because I was so pleasantly surprised by the female worker who was on staff tonight. She was holding doors for customers, and even carried an older gentleman’s drink tray to his car and waited for him to get in the car to hand it to him. I’m not sure if this is normal for employees out here as I’m from NYC but I’ve never seen a 711 employee go above and beyond in that manner. I don’t know her name but I hope the manager sees this and knows who I’m speaking about. Top tier employee, she deserves a raise. All 7/11 employees could learn a thing or two from this woman! God bless her!

Very helpful employee gave me free butter to help my mom cook Thanksgiving dinner. Really embodies what the holiday is about.

Clean well-stocked store. Pleasant associates working. Plenty of hot prepared food items.

Purchased a black & mild last night only to smoke half of it before I saw it was covered in mold. Mistakes happen and when I kindly ask for a replacement, showing the clearly moldy black & mild so he can check the others I get denied and spoken to as if I was in the wrong.
I am a regular customer who has never once had an issue before, I stop by almost every day and THAT is how they treat me? It was $1.60 and call me naïve but I thought loyal customers stood tor something.
I will most likely not return.

This location is dishonest and will steal from you. I went in today to get something to eat. I asked for two pieces of pizza, which was listed as 2 for $2, which is what i was charged. While checking out, i noticed signs offering pizza for $0.50 per slice, in observation of "national pizza day". They charged me twice what they should have, but, I wasn't pressed over that, as i didn't go in looking for a deal. What ticks me off, spurring this review, is the clerk only put one piece in the box. I didn't realize this until i got home. I wasn't in the mood to go back to the store, especially since i know he did it on purpose. I watched him take two pieces out from the heated light box they keep them in. I don't know what he did with the other piece... Maybe he put it back for sale again? Regardless, I ended up paying four times the advertised price. He got me once, but he never will again. I don't deal with dishonest people, so i will not go back to this location.

This store overcharged me 33$ beginning of March. They know they owe me but 2.5 months later it's not in my account. I called the store today and was hung up on. When this was done he ran my card 3 times he was able to void one of the transactions. He handed me all the receipts and with a giggle he said I might need these. When their bank called the store they were told it was not a mistake, that's why my account is still 33$ less!! I was told 2 weeks ago that the money will be in my account not as of today. I will NEVER go back to this 711 I will go out if my way!! I had to give them a star in order to post.

I have been going to this location religiously, mainly due to the convenience of location, since the mid-90s. In my estimation, I have easily averaged spending over $1000 a year at this location. Ever since the latest management team has taken over, customer service has taken a tremendous hit. They don't acknowledge franchise-wide sales, even ones that are advertised in the store. I have been overcharged numerous times, this last time being told, "this is a business, we have to make money." Well, I'm taking my $1000 a year elsewhere because you overcharged me $0.60 cents now, pal. You stole money from the wrong one.

Excuse me! It says that on the soda fountain that fountain refills do get sold here. Yet, you had the nerve to tell me that you weren’t selling soda refills anymore anyway, and that’s not fair! We deserve to know why you’re not letting us buy fountain refills at this 7-Eleven (with address 806 Conowingo Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014) right now! So why are you trying to keep us from buying fountain refills at this 7-Eleven (with address 806 Conowingo Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014) right now anyways? Is it because it’s too financially burdensome on you to sell fountain refills right now? Or is it because of the COVID pandemic and the pandemic still hasn’t ended yet?
