Kroger

Wanted to give a shout-out to an exceptional employee. We stopped by the fuel station to fill up with gas after just getting my car back from the dealership because it had a recall that required the fuel pump to changed. I filled up with gas, but noticed I could really smell the fumes and I immediately knew it was stronger than it normally smells. I looked under the car and the 13 gallons of gas I had just pumped was pouring out. I went to get the fuel attendant, Krystal, and she immediately went into action. Not only did she do what she was trained to do, but she made sure me and my daughter were safe as well. She was so kind and I kept apologizing, but she kept reassuring me that it was okay and not my fault at all. She stayed with me and my daughter until the fire department left and until the dealership came to pick us up and tow the car. She really went above and beyond. Her kindness made all the difference in that moment. Thanks Krystal! Kroger- You have yourself a phenomenal employee!

Very fulfilling shopping. Decent prices and easy to find products. Relatively fast checkout. Vs number of people checking out. Enjoy products. Fresh and crisp. Often have home delivery. Which has been great also.

Good store, great pharmacy! The ladies in the deli are really nice and always helpful. The store usually stays pretty busy but we’ve never had any issues checking out. 👍🏻👍🏻

Prices were better than Walmart grocery store.Had no problem finding what we needed.Clean store, friendly shoppers.Great prices but you need to use your Kroger Card.

I do like Kroger,my meds, and veg's and every day need for dinner, inconvenience from where crowded but you got to know when to go

Store was nice and clean. I was able to find everything I needed. Check out person was nice. Also, it was easy and clean!

They always have a great deal on drinks personally myself I go to get the Gatorade zero sugar they always have a variety of flavors

I shop here for InstaCart a lot. I love how neat and organized they are. The app tells you where to go and they always have everything in the correct play. This really helps me out a lot. Being able to grab what I need for who I’m shopping for and go on to the next item makes it very easy. I’d give a 10 if I could!

FYI: There is one pick-up parking spot at this location at the front and most of the time it is full. The staff have been awesome at finding the make and model of you car - but it's not the safest for them. Please be patient.

Here's my review:
I have been using Kroger pickup and delivery for a while now. I have used it for both stores in my area and truly enjoy shopping at both places. My sister gets jealous that she only has an Aldi in her area.

But my neighborhood Kroger on Glenwood is where it's at. Typically I see the same staff when I shop inside and recently they have started offering pickup. I was happy to use it when I found out.

The stock runs lower there, than the one on Walnut, but I don't balk at the substitutions they find for me. They make sense and usually I end up saving between 5-10 dollars. Whoever has been shopping there for their customers has experience in shopping on a budget for a family. Thanks!

I have no idea how intentional these substitutions have been. But I just wanted to leave a good review. And let you know my experience. Hopefully the higher ups will provide you all with a better pick-up parking situation - in the near future!

Kroger is a great store to find diet friendly foods. Their variety for healthy foods is much much larger than other stores of this nature. Their prices aren't always the best, but the variety and lack of crowds is an easy trade to make.

Clean, very friendly and efficient staff / management team. Can find most anything that I am looking for. Good sales, and regular priced items are reasonably priced. When I need groceries this is where I go 95% of the time.

Really friendly service

I'm usually in about 1 or 2 times a week. My husband always does the survey and won a $100 gift card for doing so. The only thing I'd wish is that they carried more Butter Bread & more BigK diet xtreme citrus soda. I've been going to this store for 25yrs. Don't think I'll be changing anytime soon.

This is one of my favorite stores to come to everyone is so friendly here and there's always lots of variety to choose from!

First time here and the employees were all so helpful! Good range of prices and variety of products.

Very pleasant, found everything I needed and some good sales prices. Also the people were very friendly and helpful.

I was shopping for Wheat Chex. Wal-Mart and Food City didn't have it but thank Goodness Kroger had them. Sure do appreciate this. Self check out was real easy and quick.

Always a great, inexpensive place to shop from a wonderful variety of foods and household products.

This is a great grocery store the employees are friendly and helpful. They have a good meat department excellent produce and good sales every week.
