Great little vape shop!!! The lady that’s always working is unbelievably nice and more helpful than you could believe!! This is reason enough for it to be my go to vape shop but they also have better prices than any shop around... now it’s my ONLY vape shop! They have a good selection of juices (but if your vaping anything other than Lemon Twist - Wild Watermelon Lemonade then your crazy😂). They have a wall full of coils, cottons, wire, etc. good quality tanks and mods! They seem to get new stuff in almost every week and she’s always excited to show it off. If for some reason they don’t have what you need she’ll pick up the phone right then and track it down or order it!
The Cloud House defiantly has my total recommendation and if your in the area you should check it out for sure!!👍🏻👍🏻

Generally, when you think great customer service, a vape shop isn't the first place that comes to mind. But Summer delivers AWESOME service! She has so much knowledge about all things vape and is quick with suggestions for new juices to try. I've gone with her recommendations nearly every time I've been in there and she's never steered me wrong. I've watched her with other customers and she's always willing to answer questions, share knowledge, and go out of her way to help everyone. I truly hope the owner knows how good she is and appreciates her.

The store is well stocked with mods, coils, and TONS of flavors. I'll definitely be coming back!

Great products , lovely staff . First day I visited it was my birthday the nice lady behind the counter bought me a vape after allowing me to test a couple ! It was a very informational & pleasant experience. It was so comfortable from the moment I walked in to every single visit . The women made me feel like a loyal & respected costumer . Grateful for your patience & honest opinion . I was over joyed with every single item I purchased . Thanks again !! Zero complaints ! Great customer service goes a long way with me. I honestly go to this shop over the bigger franchise shop because of the amazing staff and constant new liquids and they keep the flavors I buy on the shelf. Holy canoly french toast 3mg is the cream of the crop on my list.it was the best kept secret an this was the only shop you can find it. Only gripe" I wish y'all could double up on th the french toast 3mg flavor it sells out very fast. If y'all don't already order every bottle they offer lol

Absolutely enjoyed the shop's friendly atmosphere and their variety of seemingly all high quality products. Was highly impressed by how knowledgeable and attentive the clerk was (Summer's great!). Would most definitely recommend to anyone and everyone for their smoke related needs or queries.

Absolutely love this place. Not only do they have a great selection of vape and smoking products, they have Summer. Summer is the woman behind the counter and is what makes the place so enjoyable. She's such super sweet, always smiling, and so knowledgeable on the latest vape and CBD products. This store is apart of my daily routine and will continue to be.

2nd time stopping by for gummies. They have a descent selection and the lady there (forgot to get her name) was very helpful and patient in helping me pick something out (I'm newer to the whole cbd world.) Have a lot of questions and she seems to be honest in her opinions of the products! That's something I can Really Respect and that will Keep me as a customer! My Only complaint is I Really wish they'd sell the Flying Monkey gummies! I highly recommend this store!

This tobacco and vape store is no joke. When I first went to it I had doubts that the vape side would be much from past visits to these kind of places. But I was not disappointed AT ALL! He has an extremely wide variety of everything with decent prices!!!! 10/10 will not go anywhere else if possible! But honestly. One true way to know is to visit!
