Was looking for a braiding conditioning gel and they carried it. The store is clean, simple and organized. Customer service was great, they really made sure to assist me and my husband for what we needed

After a lack-luster experience at another beauty supply, owned by people who refused to acknowledge the black people in my community who spend their hard-earned money, I became fed up. My soul needed and deserved a friendly and professional beauty supply that would go above and beyond in service. THE LORD NOT ONLY DELIVERED but he showed me the power of supporting my community and the fulfillment of going the distance to support.
I live in Lithonia and this drive to Conyers was 20 min. The loving owner of this store is a true angel and so gracious. She is present and ready to provide you with the help you need! Thank you!

I don’t know if there has been a recent change in store hours, but as of 7/16/23 it is not open on Sundays. Google says otherwise.

Natalya is so sweet and kind. I love her energy as well as her staff. Sometimes I could be having a bad day, I walk in there we get to talking and she says the perfect thing to get me out of a mood not knowing I was in a bad mood in the first place. I just love her. Prices are reasonable and customer service is outstanding!

I just came from Natalya’s Beauty Supply and let me tell you, Lybra was phenomenal. I am definitely someone who loves being at the beauty supply store weekly but have had a bad experience with the Asian owned beauty supply stores in my area. I decided to check out a black owned one and I am never going back. As I said previously, I religiously am at the beauty supply stores always every week and I’ve never been offered a loyalty card! I can definitely tell that the owners and employees care about their customers, the environment is very organized and clean, as well as it smells amazing always like fruit and vanilla. I am highly satisfied with this my experience here. Definitely will be making this my primary beauty supply store for the rest of my time living in Conyers as well as recommending it to the rest of my black brothers and sisters. We had a great shopping experience with friendly customer service! My daughter and I received a sample bag too. The attendant was thoroughly knowledgeable about the product locations and that made shopping a breeze. I suggest aisle markers or aisle numbering but overall great place to shop for beauty supplies 💯

This will be my go-to beauty supply store from now on! I was nicely greeted when I walked in and was recommended some amazing products for my family's hair! The products worked just as well as the female employee told me they would, and I greatly appreciate her helpfulness! I also like that they have a loyalty program as well! I would definitely recommend.

For so long I have searched for a beauty supply store that not only caters to the specific needs of black hair care but is also black owned. Today was my first time visiting Natalya's. My sister and I were both pleased and impressed. The staff is very business savvy and knowledgeable as well as personable. The store is limited on the products they carry but had everything I needed. If you do not see a product you are looking for, ask for it! As for me I will continue to support this business as it was worth the trip to experience it for myself!

If you are in need of beauty supplies and have reserves about going into the store (practice social distancing people...PLEASE!!!!), Natalya's is offering curbside pickup.

I decided to give it a try and was very pleased. Order was accurate and she had all the supplies I needed. Just call ahead to make sure you can get what you need before arriving to the store for pickup. :-)

Black owned and operated, Natalya's had everything I needed for my natural hair! The ambiance is amazing and as soon as you walk in the you are welcomed with this magnificent smell! I inquired about Black owned hair supply stores but I was told that there aren't many (moved from Florida)...sad! However, I decided to search because I refuse to go to a hair supply store that is catered to us but WE aren't the faces/hair represented.
I loved Natalya's store!! It was clean, nicely stocked, and organized. Natalya was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and warm. I'll drive 20 minutes to shop at this store at anytime!!

Drove 30 miles to shop here & will do it again! I have other beauty supply stores near me but wanted the expertise that I knew I could get here. I was not disappointed. Store is organized, staff is very knowledgeable and helped me make the best product selections my situation. Natalya is a gem!
