The pharmacy here is usually very slow and the pharmacists seem bothered that you’re here. I think coming to the pharmacy anywhere is just a necessary evil and this is no different. If they say it will be an hour, allow 3. Never EVER wait for them to fill it. Never mind that a machine could do this job more efficiently and accurately but that’s besides the point.

I like this CVS for anything other than picking up prescriptions..there’s always an issue of some sort. Other than that, it’s a okay store.

Very very very slow, it takes over 24hrs to get your prescription filled now. Would recommend going anywhere else in the area

Need pharmacists with better attitudes.

How can there be customer service when it's impossible to find an employee. Then, the services provided at this location are never available. It's quite a joke everything. Also, the store is very unorganized and never put together always pallets sitting in the aisles.

Literally came to the drive thru 10 minutes before they went to lunch. There were atleast 3 other cars before me that took a while to get their prescription. By the time it was 1:32 the last person infront of me leaves and its my turn, i get to the voice box and its says they are all at lunch… i literally sat there and watched them put up the cover to block the windows and the pharmacist literally seen me waiting but still went to lunch. How rude of yall when all i needed was to pick up my prescription. i understand yall need to have a lunch break and i literally was the last person in the line yall couldve took me!!! anyways this left a bad impression for me bc i been using yalls pharmacy for years, and never once had an issue. Yall need to do better

Pharmacy is struggling a lot here and used to be much better. It took over five hours to get an antibiotic filled for my infant due to the pharmacy “being backed up”. On a separate occasion I called to transfer a prescription and the pharmacist was rude and said it wasn’t possible to do the transfer. Somehow Walgreens was able to do the transfer without issue so it seems like CVS pharmacist just didn’t want to take the effort to do the transfer.
