Good people. My throttle body was fairly new which I bought in Detroit a month before. They had one in stock and replaced it for me since it was not acting well. They ordered a gas pedal and brought it in next morning. I shop at O’Reilly Auto Parts stores all over the country, and I vouch for this company with the quality of their products and good service and knowledge of their people. This shoppe in Beaver Dam, KY. is another quality. Thank you.

I visited this location 02/01/2024 at 2:59 pm, and I received great customer service. I purchased brake bulbs for my vehicle and the young man at the front counter went above and beyond to assist me. I appreciated the great customer service!!

Amazing service. Had a headlamp bulb out. Bryce went above and beyond to ensure it was the right bulb (by going to pull it from the car), then put in the new one. Made it really easy, fast and convenient.

Great place and very knowledgeable folks workin here. It’s nice and clean and the parts are right where they’re supposed to be. I couldn’t find what I needed so dude behind counter actually walked over and found it for me. Very nice. Great prices on everything too.

Service was quick and helpful

I went into the store on Atlanta Hwy to get a pair of windshield wipers and was welcomed by two of the most pleasant fellas. They were awesome, Very helpful and expeditious! James installed my blades so quickly that I sang O' O' O' O'reillyyyyy all the way home! Great service, Great job!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! My mother told me her car had a weak battery 5 minuets before the store closed so I had to hurry. I called ahead and talked to Matt and he was willing to stay open and swap out the battery for me and he did! You never find service like this anymore Thankyou Matt at Oreily’s!

I love the people at this O'Reilly's. They're always polite and half the time I end up having a fun chat with the people once I get in the store. They always get me taken care of, and can sometimes offer pointers on some diy work. I appreciate you all! Thanks so much.

Went for diagnostics on a car I was looking to buy...the customer service was phenomenonal, and he helped me make a good decision on the car. There was a lot of sketchy stuff I wouldn't have noticed if it weren't for him.
