I recently moved to the Alpharetta area and wanted to establish a Real UPS mailbox like I had before. The service I received at my prior location establishing the mailbox was smooth however, they use some service to send access code to get in after hours. I never received the email and spoke with the managers several times and still nothing. They promised to follow up and didn't at all. When I establish here,I thought it was the same process even though it's franchise, I got my code the same day as I opened the box. The service is great here. I will be sending not only my mail but my packages as well as my new apartment, delivers get sent to wrong addresses. This store is awesome! Glad I chose this one.

Best service at store I’ve ever been to. They have what you need, when you need it, for the best prices and brought to you with a smile. I had to ship some golf clubs and I thought it would be a daunting task. I brought my item and my roll of tape into UPS and we got it done like no problem!!! 5 stars all the way around. 10 stars if I could. This is my new home store.

Humble and sweetest new management who runs this UPS Store. New team who are so friendly and helpful. You never feel like you are bothering them and they are always happy. Another thing they do is they always give a printed receipt, even when you drop off! I live closer to another UPS store that I don't go to because they refuse to give me receipts when I drop off, they always say "just take a picture."

They believe and serve till 💯 % satisfaction of customer.

What a wonderful team! These guys are awesome! I had a company send out an important document to me, to my old P.O. Box that I no longer rent. When the company realized they sent to the wrong address, they called The UPS Store to try and locate it. Luckily, it was still in my old P.O. Box. They were nice enough to hold for me, and let me pick up. You guys are great! Thank you so much!!!

I feel like they go above and beyond. I brought my box in and everything was shaking inside and the sweet woman who helped me opened up my box bubble, wrapped everything and sealed it back up. I will always come here, and I appreciate it. Their great customer service going above and beyond.

Briana was amazing. My husband and I came in to have several documents notarized and witnessed and she along with the other 2 staff members were very patient with us as we went through the numerous pages together, all while they managed incoming foot traffic. They handled everything professionally and in a timely manner under Briana's leadership.

My experiences at this location for notary and shipping have been consistently excellent. The service is truly commendable, the staff is exceptionally friendly, and their advice and support are consistently top-notch. I've become a loyal customer and highly recommend this location.

Weird to see all 1 Star reviews. I am using this location for so many years for all purposes and needs and never heard from anyone anything unfriendly. They are always very friendly, doing whatever they have to do for clients. Clients some times are being rude and unfriendly and I had witnessed it several times. Never heard unfriendly responses. Guys , thank you for what you are doing and sorry for all these bad comments.
