Always had the best customer service experiences. The other customers have been a bit lost though requiring a lot of patience from the workers.

Had a box here for over 10 years!!. The owners are very respectful and friendly. Never had a problem with them. They even know me by name upon arrival ❤!! No matter how long the line is, my wait time is always less. This will forever be my go to UPS and I live over a hr away. Thanks for your continous services! 🫶

I will not go anywhere else to have them deliver my package to my clients . UPS for life !

Very professional service from the representatives. They were polite and helpful.

I ship through this store frequently and have never had any issues at all, unlike with Fedex, where I've had constant problems. Their customer service is good and my packages always make it to the receiver on time. As to people whining about the line going out the door -- Thank "Social Distancing" , which this store actually enforces. The customer space inside is rather small anyway, so if people are maintaining the recommended 6-foot distance from each other only a couple can go in the store at the time.

I was in and out with my Amazon return within less than one minute. The staff was perfectly nice. Not too sure what all of the negative reviews are about.

I've never had a bad experience here in 7 years. Even when they are busy. I HAVE seen a very small number of very rude demanding customers, but the staff has always been very professional.

If you need tape to seal up a box or packing noodles... YOU BUY THEM. They are a retail packing outlet and depend on items like packing materials to stay in business. Demanding "free" packing is unreasonable. They will lend you tape to reseal or repair as they are decent folks.

Walked in "hello sir, how may I help you?" showed them my Amazon return they scanned it and I walked out. Can't really get any better than that!

I have using this store after having bad experience at other store and I must say the people are exceptionally well organized, helpful and understanding. They care for their customers and you get value for your money. Have referred many friends to this store and they all have positive things about the store service and people! amazing staff and incredible service.

While quite busy, understandably due to the holidays, the staff was patient, polite, and friendly. Highly recommend! They also have an after hours USPS drop off for regular mail too! Very convenient!

So after a bit of a rough start, I must say, I am happy with my service here. I did end up getting a mailbox at this address, and the owner of the establishment has been wonderful. His customer service is amazing, and he is committed to giving each customer a wonderful experience at his store. Thank you!!

I walked in the door and I was greeted within a few seconds. The owner was showing a new employee the ropes and both were in good spirits. I will be back next time.

When you have to return the unfortunate wrong products back to where they came from, UPS in conyers is the place to facilitate those needs.
